Not just for this hotel, but for all we stayed at in Chile/Bolivia and Argentina - a/c did not work well.

Prime location for first time visit to BA. Facilities were excellent : comfortable room, bathroom and shower were first class. The breakfast experience was outstanding. Staff were always cheerful and efficient.

Perfect location, close to shops, bus lines, and subway. Amazing view from the 8th floor balcony! Great breakfast included (which is unusual for BA)Staff was exceptional, I was really impressed with the service and professionalism.

AC wasn't great, but if we kept the curtains closed it was ok (nighttime was better). Hot water was an issue, but it was sometimes available after letting the water run in the shower for several minutes.

Very convenient location -- it was right outside a subway station and also walking distance from a lot of great restaurants, bars, and shops. It's also only a 15 min drive from AEP / Aeroparque airport. The rooms are very nice and I would recommend this for my stay.

The room was big enough for a one night stay, the staff was really helpful, and breakfast good, too.

My room was facing the yard where a fan/ventilation is running 24/7, which is a bit disturbing at night.

A modern boutique hotel housed by a magnificent palace (Palacio Paz), one of the most beatiful buildings in Buenos Aires. Located in front of the also magnificent Plaza San Martin on an elegant neighborhood and at walkable distance to many sightseeings. Room was okay, breakfast was outstanding. Staff, in general very young people, was professional and nice.

Lack of proper management:- one of the managers was extremely insulting with the employees at breakfast (in front of the customers). Hostile work environment.- during breakfast, they ran out of: yogurt, cream cheese, coffee and eggs.- bad check in experience. Inexperienced front desk.

Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was nice, clean, and quiet. Breakfast selection was limited but delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location - beautiful park just in front of hotel and close to major shopping areas and sites. Rooms are large and spacious.The bathroom is spacious and well equipped. The shower has a good pressure but has only a fixed showerhead. For a 4 star hotel the breakfast offering was just about adequate. However, the coffee served was undrinkable

Very good position. It was quite clean. Breakfast was abundant and the staff was very nice and friendly, allowing us also to leave our luggage there our last day.

The tools in the room were appropriate, however the hairdryer was quite small and not powerful enough to dry long hair.

It is a hotel to go to without high expectations.

We were on the 9th floor. Unfortunately the AC was broken.. Was not fixed. Had a bad night of sleep.

The perfect location for visiting BA. Safe, clean, smart and friendly.

Positives included good location; value for money; decent breakfast included; very good service. Negatives included limp pillows and duvet; lack of shelf and grab in the shower stall, with a slippery floor; lack of face towels; insufficient storage space and lack of wall hooks.

Great stay. Great location close to several main attractions.

Grout missing in bathroom shower. Could have used another trash can in main room.
