Hotel Bys Palermo

From the outside, the hotel appeared to be nice and modern. The staff was helpful and provided directions and recommendations. The hotel was clean. The staff accepted to keep my luggage as I was going to go backpacking for 2 days.

Hotel branded 4*. Max 2* or 3*. Not comparable to 4* Sheraton. Very simple room, no deco, no view. You get what you pay, which is cheap. Breakfast was acceptable. Location is about 20 minutes from restaurants places. Overall not satisfactory for a 4*.

the toilet paper was extremely rough. the light bulb of the hall at the entrance to the room and inside were burned out. There wasn't hairdryer, ironing board and iron.

Great rooms, excelent staff. Very good value. Extraordinary breakfast.

Location is not the best as it is not close to parks (palermo) and avenida libertador. Most tourist places in BA are close to the river and this hotel is not.

Convenient hotel in Palermo. Good access to bus, subway or taxi to city center. Excellent breakfast. Rooftop outdoor pool and exercise center. Very helpful staff. I don't know Spanish but was able to get along with their help.

Cleanliness

They had no resources and they would force you to take their taxis so the hotel can make money.

Excellent hotel at that price. About 10 blocks from all the action. A deal compared to all the boutique hotels in palermo Soho where you would pay 3 times. Excellent rooms. Staff can't speak english that well. Breakfast included.

The staff was friendly. They had a decent breakfast. The room was spacious enough for 3 adults and 1 child.

The halls were tight.

Small stains in my blanket but nothing important.

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is included and very good.Hotel is steps from Sanatorio Guemes (hospital) and we had a family member being treated there so location was perfect for us.

Room was noise. You could hear other guests even walking.

Location is great everything is close by. I stayed with my family and I feel safe. Looks like all the linens and towels were washed and disinfectant, which is great. I double checked everything linens, pillows, towels under beds hahah but everything were cleaned.The front guys are very friendly. I recommended this place.
