Convenient location to town amenities. Reception Staff was very helpful and spoke English to help us out on further needed information . Recommendation from another Reception staff brought us to a very nearby Italian restaurant that is often patronized by the the ex soccer , Maradona en currnt national player, Messi.

The room service lady wasn't thorough in her chambermaid duties and wasn't friendly either for lacking to speak English perhaps... its forgiveable by us.

I like the fact that when you come into the room you need your key card to power up the room. As soon as you take the room key out of the slot everything turns off.

Not use to using the baddies, and not being able to flush or put tissue paper in the toilet.

The hotel’s location in downtown Buenos Aires is excellent. Very walkable to most places of interest in the city center. Although it was of no use to us, new mattresses were being installed in all 70 rooms on the day we were leaving. They are of the memory foam type. Emmanuel in reception was *very* helpful to us on a number of occasions.

Cleaning Service to our room was on a ‘request’ basis and $2 water bottles were not replaced in the refrigerator after night one. For a 6-night stay, the breakfast became rather boring because it was exactly the same items every day. So far as hot items go it was *always* scrambled eggs and mini sausages.

The location is excellent and the room is very clean and spacious.

I had an issue with the hair dryer. But they fixed really quick

Nice attention and clean place. They can improve their breakfast with more healthy options. All was full of sugar or industrial products.

Great hotel located in the heart of Buenos Aires. You can walk everywhere. Close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room wasn't cleaned the first day and the area felt a little bit sketchy. I wouldn't recommend it for solo travelers.

Great value for money large room with comfortable bed ,table and chairs and kitchenette, staff on reception very friendly. Two blocks to green Infront of senate building and two blocks to main street with lots of theatres.

Great hotel, because it has an excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Also the location is great, not so exposed but also not so hidden from the sights in the city. The breakfast was very good, delicious and with great variety. The room was very comfortable and the balcony was a perfect match.

I don't see any outstanding negative points regarding the hotel.

Facilities, location, service, tourist assistance, neighborhood security, almost everything completely pleased us.

However, the breakfast could be improved, to be equivalent to the other items, and that is the only reason we gave the Hotel a score of 9, not 10.
