Sissi Haz Hotel

I liked the location, excellent! The staff was extremely friendly, the room was cozy and homey, and the beds very comfy. The breakfast was just perfect to start your day, coffee, tea, croissants, eggs, fruits, etc. We will for sure come back since we travel from Uruguay very often.

Breakfast was simple and delicious, the location was perfect for us. The owners were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. They were also flexible for early check in and late check out.

The bed could have been a bit better for our preference of a firmer mattress, but it was more than acceptable. We stayed in an Accessible Room, which was fine. the drain of water in the shower was a bit slippery.

Breakfast was rolls, ham and cheese. OK but not exceptional.

Staff had to unlock door whenever we wanted to leave property. Owner argued with us when we said room not properly cleaned and toiletries not replaced--even though that was the case; uncomfortable energy and overbearing.

Great location.

Breakfast is really small and with small variety. You need to ask the staff to refill coffee, milk etc. constantly. For the price, it could be much better.

The people who run the hotel are very friendly and helpful. I really felt at home there the room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. They recommend a great restaurant down the street

A lovely hotel on a side road of beuatiful Palermo very near numerous cafes and restaurants. Rooms are very clean. The staff is extremely polite and helpful

No coffee in rooms, and no soda machine.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating when we needed to move our booking by one night at the last minute due to a flight cancellation. They were very helpful and the stay was lovely, nice coffee in the morning and comfortable rooms.

Perfect location in the middle of vibrant Palermo. Very flexible with Check in hours, they even arranged that someone let me in at 4a.m. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately many moskitos in the room...they should have nets with their windows with the hot and humid BA summers. Toilet flush worked soso....and l cannot enjoy my breakfast when there is super loud TV on in the breakfast room.

The breakfast was very good. They had a nice selection to choose from. The room was clean. Had a lot of character with wooden doors, wood beams and stain glass windows. The staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful. Situated in a nice part of town. Easy to get around.

U fortunately, there were 2 building site next door and was noisy in the morning when you could hv wanted to sleep a bit longer. But this will be finished soon I guess

Location in a mixed residential and commercial area provided convenience as well as a delightful glimpse into life in that area. Walkable distance from several attractions. Hotel owners and staff were absolutely lovely in conversation, and offered useful suggestions and assisted in arranging activities for non-Spanish speaking guests.

Distance from subway stations - subway system really does not serve this neighborhood, but busses do (and of course, taxis, Uber, and Cabify).
