5411 Soho Hotel

I stayed at 5411soho in Palermo and had an amazing time! The location is perfect - it's close to tons of great restaurants and the neighborhood feels safe. The staff were absolutely wonderful and warm, always willing to lend a hand. Alana, in particular, went above and beyond to help me get an Uber to the airport and even waited with me outside until it arrived - huge shoutout to her!The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the cozy vibe of the hotel. As a solo traveler, I felt right at home and would definitely recommend 5411soho to anyone traveling alone.

Small room, not very well equipped.

The location is great. Very good breakfast! The medialunas was excellent. Very nice stuff, willing to help and made us feal welcome.

Couldn’t open the windows; one waitress very very slow and unkind at breakfast.

Impeccable place. Friendly and professional people caring. King bed to comfortable sleep when you are 190cm or 6'3 couple!And with breakfast with Fran natural yogurt and cut granola, fresh breads and a great cappuccino!

It's a beautiful little hotel and very well located in the heart of Palermo Soho. The rooms are quite small and so is the bathroom, but it's a great place to stay if you enjoy spending time outside the hotel. There is little room for hanging out, but there are many cafés and restaurants in the area. The staff is super sweet and helpful, I would always recommend this place especially for couples.

Our room was located with view over the inside roof, so there is not much view and it makes the room a bit dark. Perhaps other rooms have more of a view.

Great hotel in the centre of Palermo! Rooms were lovely and spacious and the breakfast was the best we had in Argentina.

Location and breakfast were great, and the staff were all wonderful. Bottle of sparkling wine for our honeymoon was a really nice touch.

The room was a little darker than the photos made it out to be. The garden was nice but could have done with a couple of loungers / comfy chairs maybe. No bar to sit and relax at.

The room was a bit basic with no kettle. No lift although only one floor up.

Staff was super helpful, we were mainly in touch with Thomas and he helped us organise airport transfers before arrival and made good recommendations for our visit there, super attentive to our needs.

I loved the breakfast. It was SO GOOD. Staff was nice, the beds were comfy, nice large bathroom size.

The fan in the bathroom is very loud. But it wasn’t the worst. I didn’t realize our window was a bit open and a mosquito came in, otherwise it was secure.

The location! The rooms were spacious.

There is no sound proofing and we could hear noises till 3 am. There is a bar closeby perhaps !The bed was uncomfortable!

All were very good, very tasty breakfast and very nice staff.

The cafe is very nice, and the big rooms! The staff are also great and super helpful. They tried to accommodate our requests whenever possible. Also great location.

The small room (I.e. the one with no balcony or garden) is very small and not value for money. The cleaning services were not great also.

Good position in Palermo Soho. The staff was kind, they let us store our lugguage there after checking out.Nice shower.

We had the room at ground floor.The big bed was nice, but it didn't really make sense in such a small room, there was little to no space for anything else. Luckily we only had little lugguage otherwise I'm not sure we may open it.The fan in the windowless bathroom was nightmarishly noisy, and nonetheless the bathroom was humid and smelly. Good for one night, but not more.

Small rooms and noisy, which is actually no surprise close to the party hotspot Plaza Serrano

The hotel is in a good location. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

There was loud music from the nearby bars. You could hear everything from the street. Rooms are quite small (garden rooms) and not so nicely furnished. No elevator to the first floor. Sink was clogged. We stayed for two nights, but decided not to come back here for the second part of our trip.

Excellent location and friendly staff. Lived the attached bakery that provided breakfast.

For the size of the room and bathroom, wish there were a few more hangers, such as behind the bathroom door or on the walls.

The staff were amazing - so helpful and friendly. We were checking out too early for breakfast but they made sure we had coffee and pastry.Location was also great!

The rooms could probably be improved a bit, particularly the bathroom. Unfortunately we seemed to have some flies coming in through the air con when this was on and there was some loud music being played at around 3am from a neighbor which I don't think could have been helped by the hotel.

The staff was friendly, and despite the busy and excellent location, the place was surprisingly quiet.

When I entered my room, I realized it didn’t match the pictures and felt overpriced. Additionally, the breakfast menu could use some improvement.
