Breakfast is great

There are no activities around the location so....think about it. Hotel facilities need maintenance. Common areas and rooms need a refresh. Pool needs cleaning. Not a 4 star hotel We spent 3 days without cable TV.

Location, cleanliness, and staff attention were all Supreme.

Guests cannot control room temperature. Hotel has "centralized" climate control claiming to keep all rooms at a "comfortable" temperature. This was not the case for our room. Ours was easily 10 degrees warmer than the hallway and sleeping was unbearable.

Cold shower in the morning. My room was bayfront, and in front of my window was a net, to avoid pigeons but they were there making noise and, one of them was caught in the net agonizing to death. Terrible.

Good location, near restaurants and outdoor activities.

We had to call multiple times to get basic stuff that should be in the room as soon as you get there. Ex: hairdryer, ropes and slippers. The rooftop swimming pool is not open and you need to pay for a two-hour slot (even if you do not use the 'spa' facilities).

It’s is a decent hotel, best option if you need to stay in the nordelta area.

We paid usd 200 / night, yet they made a point to let you know there was a $6 daily charge for (very lousy) towels , spa was not included and only street parking.

Needs maintenance. Pool was dirty. A/C was noisy. And food was below average.

Room was large, I had a veiw of the marina, it was quiet.Good breakfast

Location and overall the place is nice.

We had a problem with the plug (adaptor), and the staff didn't care, but it was a minor problem.

The pool and pool area needs a cleanup urgently and replacements of old/bad condition sun beds, they are dirty, bad quality and old.Bath in the bedrooms also in bad condition (although shower very good and spacious)

It’s in a nice, upscale marina, condo, restuarant complex. With a nice marina side boardwalk for walking. About 20 minutes by taxi to Tigre. Nice pool area with bar and lifeguard and restaurant overlooking the marina. Breakfast was varied and extensive. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. room was large and bed very comfortable.

The hotel was once very nice with really nice finishes but worn now. Baseboards, walls and doors are scratched with holes, carpets in hallways are stained and have loose seems. Lots of lightbulbs out in our hallway making it hard to get key card in. Bathroom floors and counters are stone/ tile are still in good condition and nice colour but could use new caulking. At one time, it would have been luxurious finishes and all very beautiful but maintenance has not been kept up.

It was nice, good location but I don’t know if the level is four stars

The staff was ok but my husband was in a wheelchair and the reception made us feel a bit uncomfortable

Overall service was great. Breakfast was the best.

You have to pay extra for the pool, and the security deposit they didn't return on time.

nobody let us know in advance that we had to make reservations for the spa. we had very inconvenient sessions because of this.

The Staff is excellent and a pleasure to deal with…the manager (She) of Sipan restaurant on site is Wonderful and the Hamburger is to die for!

It is still a great location, it is time for a general facelift and remodeling. But the Staff and management make up for any shortcomings do to age of the building and I would definitely stay again. I stayed from Feb 3 until March 10th 2023.

The pool is very nice. There is a bar and you can get service in the pool area for an acceptable price. The breakfast is super complete. The location is great for couples, the area is filled with restaurants. The view to the bay was a plus.There is room to park in the street.

No complimentary water in the room. The room smelled like sweat every time we walked in, in a few minutes we'd get used to it. Of course we couldn't open the windows so this happened every time we went in.Not environmentally friendly: the ice machine was working non-stop empty! We notified reception twice but they didn't fill it with water nor turn it off. The sauna was dirty.Depending on who answered in reception they were either great, or didn't care at all. The jacuzzi in every room "worked as a tub" according to the girl in reception, meaning, no jacuzzi worked as such.The restaurant was very expensive.
