Pros +
- Location is amazing. Nice design and furniture. Small and cozy, good breakfast.
- Great staff and overall service. They served complimentary wine glasses nightly. Room is comfortable with stunning marble-covered bathroom. Plenty of room to store luggage and hang clothes. Palermo is a great neighborhood to stay at for walking distance to a myriad of bars, restaurants and shops.
- We chose this hotel with the intention of taking a bit of down time in Buenos Aires having just returned from Patagonia. The location of the hotel is ideal for accessing the city. We booked two rooms here for two couples. We arrived very late and we were let in by the night team. Rooms were spacious with huge windows and blackout blinds. The vinyl plays for breakfast were a nice touch.
Cons -
- Quite a few ants in the room, near the bed and in the bathroom.
- Rooms facing the street can be noisy given how busy the street is all day long. We used a white-noise speaker and earplugs to sleep. Swimming pool is very small compared to advertised photo angles, and it stays pretty cold even on hot days. Breakfast options can be limited (sweet options, oily bacon and runny scrambled eggs), and even scarce the later you arrive.
- The sleep quality you get here isn’t great. The large windows do not prevent noise and the streets are loud often. The night we arrived the neighbourhood jazz club was letting out and there was an impromptu dance class at around 2am. Cool, but not if you’re tired. We found the swimming pool size exaggerated by the hotels photography (it’s really a small pond that comes up to your knees) and it appeared unclean and only had 4 sun beds with no shade. There is no service (bar or otherwise) up there either. Staff were a little standoffish with us we felt generally, we’ve been used to very chatty people particularly when we make an effort with our extremely poor Spanglish.

The location is great. The bathroom in the room is good, too.
Cleaning in rooms is not good. Minibar does not get refilled - not even water. Elevator is small, slow and breaks down very often.
Location, helpful staff, comfortable room with double sinks
Facilities could use a refresh such as the elevator, breakfast spread could be improved
Location and the room.
The fact that there isn’t food and beverage services except breakfast.
Location was great
The hotel is tired and the pictures must be from years ago. The breakfast was incredibly poor and the lobby/ restaurant area was dingy
Location
Its old property with no renovation The breakfast is so bad. It’s was not very clean. The staff do not replace minibar stuffs.
Nice breakfast & great location.
The room was a little small & the matress needed replacing, you could tell springs in one side of the bed had gone completely & underneath the bed sheets the bed looked dirty.
The staff is very friendly, helpful and kind. The taxi service they use is reliable and the drivers are also very professional and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean.
The curtains are very thin so there is always light in the room so took me a while to sleep and also woke up early.
Unfortunately the location next to a Jazz Club is very unfortunate and causes a lot of noise disturbance. The location in Palermo is great! And the staff is friendly. But when we complained about the noice from the jazz club next door, they did not act upon it. Normally I would not write a negative review and ask the hotel first for a solution. But since they were unwilling to compenssate, I think it is only fair that people are aware before they book this hotel..
See above - the noise disturbance from the jazz club next door is really bad. We could not sleep. And the support they didnt give us after we asked, was even worse.
It was within 10 minutes walk of many restaurants
It is worn out. I would put it equivalent to between a 2 or 3 star hotel. The housekeeping was not good. The room set up is lacking: very little counter space in the bathroom, bathtub didn’t look clean enough to use, closets weren’t tall enough to hang a dress. And we paid USD273 per night, enough for a very nice hotel room.
The room!! So cozy and comfortable. Bathroom was really good. And for me it was a nice experience the walk form the street to the elevator, walking through the hallway into de room.
The breakfast is the only thing i may question. It was good but standard.
Location. The staff were great. Room comfortable and clean and a good size. Breakfast was good.Close to malls and the Hop on/off bus stop.
Some of the breakfast items on the menu were not available for the whole time we stayed. Didn't get in fresh fruit even though I asked.
Great location, nice room
Room was very noisy during the night both from the street and the music venue next door and doors slamming in the hotel
Location
Quite noisy especially in the front room facing the street. Best to take ear plugs.
Beautiful facility, great food, helpful staff.
Shower water pressure was too low to bathe.
Great location, comfortable, the staff were super helpful and lovely.
No faults
This Boutique was so chic with traditional Argentinan style rooms. It was very clean and comfortable with very kind, informative, friendly staff, has the most delicious sushi restaurant in the Boutique hotel with a delicious buffet breakfast of a morning. Fantastic location in Palemero with lots of shops restaurants and cafes!
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this boutique.
Location was great - right in the heart of Palermo. The room was very comfortable.
Not enough type C plugs in the room. Most of the staff seemed like they were very unhappy to be working. Barely any greetings from front desk; very average service at breakfast. The breakfast was very limited.
