Great breakfastRooms were large, comfortable and clean. Small pool was still good. Staff very friendly and helpful Walking distance to many attractions

The staff was absolutely amazing, we travel a lot and I’ve never appreciated a group who worked as well together. Nahuel was amazing helping us with medical issues, electrical adapters and cabs! Nicholas and Sergio were great with food and wine recommendations that were perfect. The room was great!

The shower was a bit tight as was the bathroom but the shower head made up for it!

Beautiful decor. Very design oriented entry, lobby and lounge area. Small boutique hotel that is wellDesigned and feels chic. Breakfast was good and again, a nice design oriented area that looks out into a courtyard. Location was phenomenal in the beautiful Recoleta area. Rooms were large with plenty of thoughtful storage space for all of your things

No gym (but not a deal breaker)

Staff, location, cleanliness, room size, good bed, towels and bed linen. Good breakfast and restaurant. Above all the staff were superb.

Poor Wi-Fi. No tv stations. They made a mistake with our reservation through booking.com and we had to double up for last night. Very inconvenient to have to repack, move into another room and share for last night. Since it was high season no possibility to change hotels and get rooms for the entire stay in Buenos Aires.

Bathroom is nice but the shower door design could be better as water leaks out easily

The location is great with a walking distance to basically anywhere. And there is a metro station close by. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. Also the hotel restaurant at the lobby is very good.

Nothing really. We just had a problem with the shower and the guy at the reception was super helpful and he just changed our room right away.

The staff were wonderful. Very kind and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant has great food.

The rooms with the city view can be loud until the city quiets down. We had requested rooms without a city view after reading some reviews but must have been moved/“upgraded.” It wasn’t terrible but would be an exceptional stay if it was quiet at night.

Beautifully designed property, excellent breakfast - beyond our expectations, nice bar for drinks, wine, dinner. We were very happy with these accommodations.

Where do I start? The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. Checking in we were given a tourist map and they went through and circled things to do around the city. Any request was met and they always greeted us as we came/went. The restaurant staff were just as nice, and the food was absolutely amazing - a hidden gem! The breakfast buffet was adequate for a hotel breakfast. The rooms were really nice, a good size and had everything you could need. Housekeeping was completed daily. Laundry service is available and had a quick turnaround, although it was reasonably expensive. Really enjoyed our stay and loved the staff here. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel really should provide earplugs. The noise absolutely is an issue when sleeping if you get a street facing room. I'm surprised they haven't installed thicker / double glazed doors to the balconies to rectify the noise issues. Feels like it is an issue that could be resolved. Everything else about our stay was perfect (hence the 10/10 rating) - especially once we had purchased ear plugs from a nearby pharmacy.

Just off the big avenues, but right among them, it’s well located. Welcoming, great breakfast, helpful staff. Room was comfortable, with balcony and warm wood accents. Nice touches like complimentary water, coffee pods, bathrobes. It’s a suite hotel, so having a microwave, toaster, sink, fridge, plates, and couch made it homier than more conventional hotel rooms.

Nothing to dislike during our stay. We were there in winter (August), so I don’t know if there’s much price variation, but it was a very good deal.

The staff was very attentive, kind, and making our stay completely enjoyable. The restaurant food was also delicious. Thank you AQ Tailored Suites for making our trip wonderful.

Very noisy. You could hear the occupants of the room above clearly. Outside nose didn't subside till around 2am.

the gave us water everyday and chocolates. The room was absolutely comfortable. The elevators worked perfectly. They gave us a glass of champagne on our first night. The restaurant is ok. They had books in the bedroom for us to read.
