Helpful friendly staff. Clean and more on the modern side. Furniture was worn. No frills, very basic, affordable.

No ice machines or vending machines for drinks or snacks. Pool was not working. No wash cloths.

Very friendly staff. Nice bathroom. AC worked excellent. Bed was soft. Best one we slept in anywhere in the country.

Close to the centre of the city and easy access to the facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was very basic. No air conditioning although the room was comfortable. There was a kettle but no cups or coffee and tea. You need to download an app to open the doors using wifi which didn't work well for me. It also made it impossible to connect my iPad to wifi.

Great value for Buenos Aires. Great downtown location, one can walk to Casa Rosada and many other places and metro (subte) around the corner. The reception staff was great always.

We stayed 5 days and if we wanted someone to clean the room or change towels, they charge for it. I have stayed in places where they clean every 4th day but first where they charge for it, even for clean towels.

The location was convenient. The breakfast was great! The room was comfortable and clean. Overall a great place to stay

Good location and quiet streets. Friendly staff from reception to housekeeping to waiters. I was impressed with the quality of towels in bathroom. Access to the room is with an app.

Although there is always someone at the reception it seems anyone is able to walk into the elevator. But at the same time it seems there is a security system but how does it know who are guests and who are strangers? There were some furnishings that were old and needed replacing even if they are still functional.

Location: Excellent, right in the city center. Walking distance to attractions and shops.Breakfast: Delicious with a wide variety of options that change daily.Plus: Air conditioning and kettle in the room.

- Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM, which might be a bit late for some guests.- Lack of cups/glasses, tea, and no welcome bottle of water.-The app-based system is not very convenient.-WhatsApp communication can be cumbersome. Sometimes, it’s necessary to call hotel staff directly, but this option is unavailable.-Wi-Fi: Very slow, which can be frustrating at times.

They sent 3-4 messages a day, which were not important. They should understand that these countless messages can ruin a tourist's day. I don't understand why they only ask for credit card reservations. It's stupid!

The room was a good size. Good shower and location was good. I opted for no housekeeping as I was only staying for 3 nights. But they threw the rubbish and gave me toilet paper.I left my jacket in the cupboard after I checked out and they kept it for me to pick it up later in the evening. Good service. They even provided a kettle which is real plus.

You have to scan a QR code for everything: card payment, information, wi-fi, so on. The worst is that you have to download an app to open the room door... They have physical keys, btw, you just need to refuse the app and insist. Well, the overall experience made me feel like I have to work all the time: pre -selfcheck in, scanning codes, downloading apps, schedule time for breakfast and getting too many WhatsApp messages from the hotel. The hotel is good, but somehow they made me feel stressed instead of relaxed.
