It was small, the photos looked it was a bigger space, the elevator were really tiny as well.

Clean, friendly, provided breakfast.

When searching for a hotel, I filtered hotels with parking in lot, and there was 97 hotels prior to the filter being applied, then only 3 hotels remained, the Waldorf was one of them. But during the check-in we discovered that the parking in lot was only a partnership with an external parking. They only gave us 10% discount. But the worst part was when we were checking out the parking lot only accepted money, no credit or debit cards. Not even the hotel helped us receiving the payment via card and transfering the money to the parking lot. I had to find an Western Union office that accepted a Brazilian electronic transfer and gave me the money to pay the parking lot. My wife told the hotel's staff that in Brazil when a company says they have a parking lot, they actually have, and it's in their own premises and it's free. So Waldorf should remove the "have parking lot" from their advertisements.

The staff were great. Very helpful. Overall a good stay.

The hotel is older, which of course we knew when we booked it, but the pictures make it look more modern than it is.We didn't use room service. I don't think they have it. Not sure.

The staff are excellent.Breakfast was pretty good. Continental, but nice variety.

Both times we were there, there were different issues with each room. So both visits we changed rooms.The staff were great though and helped make the transition easy.I am basing my room recommendations on our second room each time.

It is the second time I stayed in the hotel; first time not the best experience; seems they have improved many aspects. The location is perfect; room was ok; breakfast very good; staff very polite and supportive to help with all needs.

bed could be better, AC a little noisy; and there is a hidden tax *(municipality tax) that does not show in the booking reservation, in the check-in they do not mention about it, only being mentioned in the check-out that you must pay for it.
