The location is great, but the place needs a facelift badly.

Old elevators and small details in the bathroom

The room is spacious. Beds are comfy.

The hotel needs renovation. Everything is old and some stuff is out of order. The housekeeping has made the beds, but left the dirty dishes in the sink, which was amusing.

Excellent location.Spacious functional rooms.Good value - not uber modern but comfortable with friendly staff and breakfast included in the room rate.

The location was excellent. Staff lovely and very helpful especially Walter the Manager. Money exchange was the blue rate so worked well.

Breakfast was very limited. We were charged $40 for early check-in. Never had this before. Everywhere else if the room is ready you are free to enter.

Good safe location, with many restaurants near by. very comfy bed, decent air con, and friendly staff.

Shower was a bit annoying to use.

Staff. Location. Separeted sleeping areas for families. Small balcony with chairs. Ferver restaurant around the corner.

the prime location in my favorite spot to stay in buenos aires with all the land mark sorounding itgood transportation access and metro station a couple of blocks away the place is beautiful with a great view just like manhathan

Fantastic location

The internet connection fails all the time, so it's easier to use the next door hotel's network The electricity is turned off when the key card is removed, making it impossible to charge devices during the day.There was no cover for the bathtub drain.The employee claimed she had scheduled a taxi to take me to the airport, but I realized right away that it hadn't been scheduled, so I had to call a taxi in a hurry.

Booking offered a free upgrade to the spiral staircase-type suite. Having two bathrooms in a single hotel room was pretty good, and the balcony was alright. The mattress was good, and the hotel provided plenty of soap and shampoo. There’s a great bar on the block, and La Biela and Panera Rosa are right around the corner.

There was a lot to dislike about the room. I hated the shower heads—both were gunked up, causing a weak, irregular flow. The spiral staircase is dumb—there isn’t much space in the sleeping room upstairs, so our stuff was downstairs, and we were constantly going up and down the spiral staircase, trying to not hit our heads or fall down. The elevators are comically small. Recoleta is a great neighborhood for tourists, and this place is on the cheap side for Buenos Aires, but it still probably wasn’t quite worth the price.

Great location, great value. We booked for just the day to have a place to shower and rest before our late flight. The hotel was much nicer than the Buenos Aires hotel we had stayed in for several days that was much mre expensive.

1. Top Location in RECOLETA

Unfortunately the place is run down. It seems no maintanace since 10 years. We had the so called penthouse suite (maisonette), which was packed with bulky waste furniture.The hotel has a good chance if nit is fully renovated to modern comfort and taste.Not value for money

Badly maintained, friendly staff but the hotel is completely outdated. No safe in the room, holes on walls, cannot recommend.

The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect close to many wonderful restaurants and things for doing and seeing. Comfy beds, spacious room, and good options for breakfast. I would stay at this hotel again.

The location of the hotel was good.

The paint of the walls of the rooms were stained and the door of the bathroom was broken.There was a strong smelly of humidity in the bedroom
