Easy check in and out.

Air conditioner didn’t work well and water issues

Breakfast was very good- fresh fruit, pastries, cheese, and drinks. They Accommodated our request for a very early check in.

Location, staff, and the room size

I got a message through booking.com telling me I can check in earlier at 10am, but when I arrived, the staff told me it would be $36 extra to check in at 10amHot water room 10 minutes to warm up, which is what the staff told me

Breakfast was good. Location was good.

No fridge or kettle in room. Floor boards were loose and water from shower leaked on the bathroom floor.

The location was close to the Chile Consulate which we needed to visit early the next morning. It was well priced and yet safe. We didn't know much about the city but found many restaurants in nearby streets.

Was noisy and we didn't sleep much. Was a bit overpriced.

The location near to obelisk is very good

Excellent breakfast, wonderful location, very helpful staff on reception spoke very good english.

hotel rooms are tired, everything worked so no complaints just very tired.

Everything!! Great Location , close to the most touristic attractions. Good breakfast. Big rooms with comfortable beds. All the receptionist were very nice and helpful .

Anything bad to say.

breakfast was limited to pastries and breads, but eggs were charged extra. Not used to pay for eggs in a free breakfast advertised

the rooms needs an upgrade, very runed down.

The top floor were we were was a bit smelly for some reason, and the air conditioning was barely keeping up.

Pictures in the site dome reflect the reality. Old hotel and smelly. The balcony was open and anyone could access other rooms, the windows to the balcony did not lock, it was not secure.

The location is great! In the center city, some big sight seeing opportunities are very accessible. The staff is very kind and incredibly helpful. The continental breakfast was great also.

Not much to dislike.

Very bad. First when I arrived there were sheets on my bad used by someone else and with oil stains. There were black, mans hair in bathtub. I told it to the staff at reception next day, the guy was nice. The cleaning lady changed sheets but not bathtub. Ok. Few days later I saw cocroach at bathroom wall, big. I told the in reception I wont different room but they just send me acleaning lady who took it with towel and throw out. She said the cocroach must have came from outside. Few days after that I got beaten by bugs in my sheets in feet while sleeping. I demanded laundrary and different room. The said don t worry it s not bedbugs. Reluctantly chnged me my room. The breakfast is poor and monotonous. The rooms are realy very loud. Horrible place.

Old, tired, mould

The hotel is very well located in central Buenos Aires with excellent restaurants within walking distance. The Hop on bus can be accessed within five minutes walk. There is a good view of surrounding buildings from the roof which has a couple of sun loungers. Good air conditioning and comfortable beds.

The "gym" on the roof looked as if it had not been used for some time and was under repair.

Location was perfect for us. An inexpensive taxi ride from the port and a very short walk from the hop on bus. The staff were exceptionally help.

Rooms are a bit dated.

Breakfast was good, room need an update, light in washroom didn’t work.

The Location was amazing and the staff was great as well.

Sauna wasn't turned on. There are two Jacuzzis, the one that's inside was also turned off and empty, the one that was outside was malfunctioning, so it was also turned off, and only filled half way.Towels had holes on them.Flat screen is a lie.American breakfast is a lie, no eggs, no bacon...

Every thing was correct: the size of the room and the bathroom, it was clean, breackfast was correct
