- The bed was uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. The bedding was dirty, the walls were stained, and there were hairs found throughout the room. The shower walls also had a lot of moisture and visible dampness. Overall, it felt more like a low-budget motel than a hotel. I ask to cancel my second night without success so had to book another hotel for the second night.

Second, the Air conditioner on that room does not work and does not give cold air, it's clogged and it just throws humidity which actually made me sick, it gave me a pneumonia called Legionella which can be a very serious illness. So be careful, I would recommend to not use the air conditioner.

it was clean and the staff was good.
outside the property the streets were disgusting! There was garbage all over, homeless people just unpleasant!! The area was good because there were lots of restaurants, theatres and stores, attractions! It too bad the area is so filthy!!
Way far than what I expected from the pictures and the description
The place isn’t looking like the picture, the walls are full of humidity and the bathroom too ! Not really clean by the way, mainly due to a lack of re painting and renewing during many years …
