    Pros +

    • Excellent staff and beautiful hotel. Great view from the rooftop.
    • Outstanding front desk staff and key location to visit Buenos Aires key central historical sites as well as easy access to Subte (metro).
    • Modern classy polished hotel in walking distance of major attractions. Close to subway Staff were very very friendly and helpful.

    Cons -

    • The cable options were poor and they did not provide a list of tv channels for travelers. Also, theres not much of a nightlife in the microcentro.
    • Pool was very small, not designed for swimming
    • The wifi in our room was the worst wifi I have ever had. Other than that the hotel was amazing. I think it was the relation of our room to where the router was located because if we went to the end of the hall or the lounge it worked great.

    Breakfast was disappointing.

    Good room, large comfortable bed.

No rooftop bar! We stayed for Christmas night and asked for the rooftop bar. The receptionist lied that it was open till 10 pm (not till midnight "due to safety measures"). There is NO rooftop bar. The guests had to scan a qr code to get some drinks from downstairs, to their rooms or pool area.We asked for wine glasses to our room and got plastic foam cups :)) for the first time in our long traveling history. They said we already have toothbrush glasses in the room, and refused to give us anything else. Five star service. The most basic breakfast. This hotel should re-claim as a 3* and reduce prices. Then it will be ok.

Very central very helpful Very good value/money

Coffee at breakfast can be better ??

Staff was very helpful and professional. Rooms were a little worn. I stayed on two different nights and two different rooms. The air conditioning really didn’t work in either room. The second night I was put in a room across from the elevators and it was my fault for not requesting to be moved, but I’ve never had the elevator noise to be that constant throughout the night. It seemed to “ding”, regardless of whether or not the elevator was stopping at my floor. I didn’t make it to breakfast either morning. A wholly adequate travelers hotel.

AC. Noise from room to room.

Great location and restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The gym is a bit crowded and old.

Location is great, heart of the cityRooftop is great too, nice view of the surroundingsslippers and bathrobe available in the room

It is all related to the fact that this hotel pretends to be a 5* hotel but doesn't act as it.Staff does the job, but no courtesy or politeness expected from a top hotelcleaning is disastrous: empty bottles and used tissues not taken away (there was no bin in the bathroom !!)Not possible to go on the balcony ("for security reason")No courtesy water No laundry on Sundays (while other 5* hotels in the city provides it)No concierge or people to help you with the luggagesNo dedicated area for the taxi/cars - instead you have a rubber on the pavement to signal to cars this is a reserved spot for the hotel...

    - nice location- specious room- very comfortable bed, very large- clean room

    - for sure not a 5 star hotel like you would expect it - stains of usage on the walls, there was a picture above the bed which had water damage, desk lamp cable was broken so you could see the bold cable (danger of short circuit), smoke detector on the ceiling had a red lamp which was covered by a plaster so it would not be annoying during the night - in the corridor it smells like smoke- staff do their job, but not extra ordinary friendly, the cleaning ladies are super friendly though - the saddest thing was ehe breakfast, no real variety, and it just simply didn’t taste good. All cakes are refrozen and don’t have real taste. There was only one kind of cheese and ham, not used to 5 star hotels having so poor breakfast - got charged for 0.5 liter water bottle from the mini bar 8 euro (retail price around 50 cent)

I booked it because it’s a five stars hotel but I didn’t feel like it.Your room weren’t clean every day unless staff was told to clean, which is kind of annoying. The location is in prime location is described as it’s 30 minutes drive from Palermo area. See if you’re traveling for work it might be a good spot but if you’re troubling for pleasure, I won’t recommend this location. It wasn’t any view from our room. And overall, the price is just as high as all the other hotels the value does not match the amount paid or the location or the individual experience as a guest. So everything was fine, but I paid too much for just being fine

The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were only staying overnight, so it was perfect. Not sure I would want to stay here for an extended period. It is centrally located, but a bit away from the cultural Center. Of town.

The hotel is very dark on the floors. Not really inviting.

So central and perfect for visiting Buenos Aires. It was clean and the staff were friendly. It was good value for money and ideally situated.

The location was amazing. At one end of the avenue was the Obelisk square; at the other was Maya Square. The HOHO bus also had stops literally outside. Yet the room was double glazed so really quiet. My sister was ill, and they allowed us really early check in, and emailed too let us know. An excellent service from the hotel the made all the difference to our stay.

    8MátéPosted on: 3-10-2025

The location is perfect, the building is beautiful and the staff is very friendly.

The rooms should be modernized, the quality of cleaning needs to be improved. (We had a sticky stain next to our bed when we arrived, the room was cleaned every day until the end of our stay but the stain was not removed. The maids should make sure that if something is empty or runs out, they refill it.)
