The hotel was in very poor condition. The bathroom was covered in mold, and the room was not cleaned properly – the floor was extremely dirty and dusty. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable, with the mattress springs clearly noticeable when lying down. The hotel staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as it not only compromises your sleep but also forces you to stay in an unhygienic environment.

Restaurant was excellent

no elevator, but staff brought up my heavy bagagge.

It's not as good as I expected!! Not so comfortable beds, a bit of smell. I made a mistake and booked only 3 nights but needed 4. No rooms are available, so move to another hotel probable the best that happen to us. Only good thing was the location!!.

The staff were very kind and helpful, they were tolerant of my awful Spanish which I really appreciated. The room was clean and it it’s a fantastic location.

All round a good place but it would have been good to have a kettle in the room. The breakfast was somewhat basic but not awful! Good stay all round!

Place is a bit of a dump. Tiny room, couldnt even lay flat a suitcase. Wife found a bunch of hairs in the sheets and slept in her clothes!

The location is perfect as it’s very central and easy to see the sights. The view from the room is wonderful and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. The Internet was good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had no issues.

The property and rooms are a little dated, but that wasn’t a concern for us.

Staff very nice, we were a late check in and the man helped and gave recommendations every time we passed the reception desk. Location is excellent, close to everything and easily connected with the bus. Room was reasonably sized and clean

The room and the bathroom were both a little small but ok. Nothing fancy, but very functional. We would stay here again if we come back to Buenos Aires.

The terrace (top floor) is overlooking the 9 de Julio avenue and its view was gorgeous! The breakfast was delicious and good.The hotel staff at the reception was really concerned of my comfort as well as the arrangement for the taxi going to the airport and the predetermined fee in pesos/cash.

The floor in the room needs replacement. I think the washroom and the toilet needs upgrading. It is functional thought.

Good location on Ave 9 de Julio, walkable to the city center, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The facility is too old and not in good shape, one of the beds has metal string coming out of the mattress, and the safe's battery was dead, and the mirror has some cracks on it. Need to get into the elevator quickly to avoid being crushed by the door. It was not what I expected as a 3-star hotel.
