Location was good

Front desk personnel not nice. Bathroom door stuck did not work and room did not feel.comfortable. breakfast not good

The evening desk clerk was very helpful, courteous, and wise for his young age. This desk clerk that is a Argentina military veteran impressed me and I think he deserves a promotion. I watched him get rushed with questions and request from over 20 guests in a short span of time, he never got frustrated, he was courteous and answered their questions to the best of his knowledge. I think his name was Julian, I can’t remember but he is Argentina Military Veteran

Overall the stay was acceptable, breakfast included was good, staff helpful and well behaved but...

But the room didn't meet our expectations.. mouldy bathroom, noisy and old air condition and fridge.. the room looks like it needs to take good care.

The front desk staff were very helpful especially the young man named FAYCOO, I Believe how his name sounded who speaks excellent English who was a big help to us since we only speak English, he told us many useful information ,such as directions to a certain place etc.etc.bottomline, he Is an outstanding customer service agent.

The breakfast was really good.

The hotel was dirty. There were hairs in the beds. The towels were stained and so were sheets and blankets.

The location was poor, but we already knew that.The room was poor, but we already knew that you don't get better for that ridiculous price.The shower was really bad, we did not see that coming.We did not try the breakfast, so I can not put a rating on that.

Pretty much everything, but that's what you get for the price we paid.

Location.

Wasn’t too clean. Staff not too pleasant. Bed not comfortable. Room very basic. Breakfast not great.

Good location, and great breakfast (eggs, fruit, pastries, cereal, bread). Spacious room (had a 4 berth when booked a double). Had 24hr reception desk and access. Had a room to store luggage and if they could accommodate an early check in they would.

Housekeeping would take your towels in the morning and wouldn't replace them until later or not at all. Toilet bin for waste paper wasn't emptied each day or toilet roll replenished. Had to ask for toilet paper and one day was left with no towels despite asking reception twice.

The location is very good. There are plenty of public transit services nearby. Also, it's close to the Obelisco building on 9 de Julio avenue.

Firstly, I don't want to blame the hotel staff for the following. I feel like they are great people, but it's just that they don't have the right tools to do their work.Secondly, I wasn't expecting a great experience watching the previous reviews and images. However, the experience was poorer than I expected:1. General facilities and rooms are usually dirty.2. Garage availability was managed terribly.3. They make their pillows with questionable pillow-staffing and, generally, uncomfortable.4. Having the right amount of towels was almost impossible—one towel per person, none in the bathroom. We repeatedly asked for towels, but it felt like they didn't give us towels, not because they didn't want to, but because they didn't have any. When you get to the point of making your pillows (assuming it's to save some money), you can guess there will also be issues with towels.5. Breakfast was highly disappointing. Just go around to any nearby cafe.6. While there, I had to check the images I saw on Booking because I couldn't believe it. Images are way off reality.

In my opinion the staff was not so friendly. My feeling was they do their work and treat guests with indifference. The hotel doenst has breakfast or other benefits it is simply a place to rest and sleep. The bed was comfortable and the shower was okay.

It is amazing they do not offer a simple cup of tea with one toast. Also, If you need something to eat or drink at night the area does not offer good options. I believe the price of the hotel make nonsense for the facilities they offer.

Clean

Staff is unhelpful and impolite, system is always messing up and there will be no solution to any of their messups. We did not have a room when we arrived in the middle of the night even though we had booked the day before our arrival too. So we spent the night in a cold random room that the reception guy changed sheets in. The next day we didn't have towels in the room after morning cleaning and when we asked for towels they refused to give us any because it wasn't their job to

Thiefs.I left my bag with pc and other stuff in the Baggage Store in the reception and is dissappear.We check the cctv camera with the police and no one apart the staff members is enter there.So BE REALLY CAREFUL AT ALL TIME IN THE HOTEL

Bad

I rarely take the time to write a comment for a stay, I travel quite a lot and the room was quite old, the bathroom wasn't clean enough. It doesn't look like in the photos. quite deceiving. Breakfast is also deceiving. Internet was down for all of my stay.

Location

The property sent me a confirmation when it came to my special request, which was 2 twin beds. Once there, we got 1 double bed.I sent a message to the property (here in the app) asking a question. Never got a reply.I got charged $3094.88 (pesos) instead of the amount stated in the app. The receptionist couldn’t tell me why.The room I hired said “city view”… there was no view at all. It was extremely noisy. The walls are super thin. I had to ask the girls next to us to keep it quiet.I found 2 small cockroaches in the bathroom. Cleaning was okay.One pillow was okay, the other one was a rock. Had to sleep without a pillow.Check out is 10. 9.45 we had the cleaning lady knocking on the door.Wouldn’t recommend the hotel

It is an okay hotel. Clean and good breakfast. Overall good

2 things: don’t trust in the currency converter in booking, they’ll charge you in dollars at the exchange price that is not always accurate with booking. I got a double bedroom , small bed was too small

The location is very good for my purposes. The breackfast was better than at many 3 star hotels.

The TV had very few channels and there was wi-fi only in the lobby.

the humidity on the walls, peeling paint, cracks, holes in the walls, closet with locked or broken doors, they do not invest a penny in maintaining the building, the elevator did not work, ... there was no soap, no shampoo and much less conditioner, …but the price is for a hotel.

no a thing . people are rude, and with bad attitude. I will never recomen o stay on this poor hotel . pictures are showing on booking.con are fake

old building . poor service

Its well located, city center in walking distance. No need to take taxi to reach the (Florida) pedestrian street.

They clean the room every 3 days claiming that was a policy due the pandemic.
