Medialunas for breakfast were quite good.

Wi-fi didn't work. No toilet paper. Tap in the shower was broken and only very hot water came out. No curtains in the room, the sun didn't let us sleep after 7am. Receptionist ordered us a taxi but 4 hours earlier than we wanted.

There’s no phone in the room to call reception in case something’s needed, everything is via WhatsApp and the response time was far from ideal.

Price point very large room.

No good views. But only 2 blocks to a park or to a mall

You can hear a lot of noise from the hallway, like doors closing, people talking, the cleaning service etc. I woke up every morning with the door closing of rooms next to us

Excellent location to stay in, close to everything in the city (Walking distance to Florida St, Palace, Obelisco, etc.) Great breakfast (lots of option) and wonderful staff.

The tub / shower enclosure had half door that hinged. It made for small triangle to shower in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.The place clean. And well located, walking distance to restaurants and the obelisk.

Total deception and incompetence.

The hotel messaged me the night before my Christmas Day check in, indicating that they would charge a $20 per room, per night, cleaning fee. When I cancelled the booking, they subsequently charged me two nights’ cancellation fee, even though their stated policy was a first-night fee.Booking.com agreed with my assessment that the cleaning fee was never made transparent at the time of booking. I have filed two credit card disputes.If a HOTEL charges a cleaning fee, what differentiates it from an Airbnb?

Convenient location, quite central and close to main business district and government offices. Staff is young and professional.

The room I got deserves a deep refresher. Furnitures seem a bit vintage and room doesn’t provide sufficient sound insulation. Also, my room was quite tiny and the bathroom very small. The road where the hotel is located is a bit cringe with homeless people and doesn’t look safe at night.

Absolutely no sound insulation. I kept waking up at all hours (and I sleep with ear plugs) because of noises in other rooms. The keys to the room did not work. Every time I needed to get back I had to go to the reception.

The street lights did not come on at night, making the street very dark

A cozy lobby where you can take a breath from the busy streets. Friendly staff. Good location considering walking distance to many dining options and most attractive neighborhoods. Good water pressure in the shower.

The bathroom in the room has a frosted glass door that offers very little privacy sound wise as well as visually and might be a problem for some people. The sink is very tiny and hard to use, but manageable. Very little room for the luggage to unpack. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. The floor in the room wasn’t clean. The safe is very small. The chair and kettle were broken. Check out time at 10am is ridiculous!
