The Hotel is located in a good space, slightly off the street, but that's a good property to choose, because most things are within walking distance, and the hotel as a whole is really nice.

Not much to dislike, overall, the hotel is nice and welcoming. I did request an early check-in considering my tough flight schedule, owing to the restricted access of airlines to Argentina, not a customer's fault, you know. I didn't get an early check-in, and also wasn't checked in at the time they told me I could come. but nevertheless, the team is still friendly and nice, just that I wish they could've helped me then, considering my situation.

Great location, clean space, basic and sufficient for a good and comfortable space.

The staff was not welcoming at all. We were offered an early entry if space was available. The staff didn't even try or were polite enough. They simply charged us the early entry with a poker face. Terrible way to start your day after a 10 hours trip and in a good hotel.

Front clerk was very nice but the hotel was understaffed with only 1 person at the desk at a time, even during check out. So had to wait awhile.

Heating system did not work in the bedroom and was about 17 degrees C all night. Hot water faucet in small bathroom (we had a suite) did not work (i.e., not water coming out at all). Only cold water available. There is no restaurant or bar. Wanted to order a bottle of wine which they say is available but they don't offer. Clerk suggested I go to the local bar, buy it and then bring it up.

Rooms were large and good. Staff was outstandingly helpful, especially MsTika and Mr. Jayson.

There was no provision for drinking water in the room. They need to provide a water cooler on each floor. Also no coffee in the rooms and no milk for tea either. It wld be nice to have creamers with coffee in the rooms. Finally the AC cannot be adjusted in the rooms, as it is centrally controlled. The room gets extra cold in the nights .

When I flush the toilet, it made a lot of noise, so that can be improved

interior is showing a little wear. Could use a refresh- extra cleaning, fresh paint, touch up and minor repairs.

The location and the staff was really good. Although in some situations they did not have the tools to resolve the issues.

The room was good, but the fridge was not working and the staff was not having anyone to solve it. Also, the air conditioner was stuck at 25 and was not possible to fix it. During the day, that temperature was not comfortable.

I stayed in queen suite room. Furniture is old. There wasn’t anything special. They charged even for water! Doesn’t worth for it

Old fashioned rooms. Very old furniture. Poor breakfast. Has seen better breakfast even in 3 star hotels

The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was courteous and friendly, especially yhe doormasn. Brealfast was good and the location ideal, close to attractions, etc.

The location was perfect.

It was pretty bare bones… no Kleenex or clocks in the room. And the noise was not diffused well, the neighbors played their TV late into the night and early in the morning and we heard it all.

Breakfast: ok, It could be better.Elevators: oldBuenos Aires was plagued by mosquitoes, and the hotel lacked greater control of the internal environment. No measures and support for guests were observed.

Booking quoted the stay in Argentine pesos, in the hotel they handle the rates in only US$, in addition what is quoted by Booking is not the final price to pay, taxes must be added. I suggest always considering the final price to be paid by the customer, it is not pleasant to discover hidden costs.

Nice comfy room & bed, very nice front desk staff. Good lighting and WiFi.

Crazy folks from USA like to have coffee available in the room...even instant is OK, but going down an elevator 10 flights, then carrying up a small Styrofoam cup of coffee was the one negative experience.

Location was great. The manager was exceptional! We requested and got 3 rooms close to each other.

our only disappointment was not having transportation fro the airport.

We had to be changed twice of room. Once the air conditioning not working, second one of the furnitures collapsed.But staff very helpful and willing to help us quickly and efficiently. We didn’t mind the change of rooms .
