I liked the location, rooms were ok, clean with all the necessary things for the stay.

The location.

The pictures did not reflect what I expected to recieve. You said it was a 4 star, it was not. Incredibly small, had to pay for wifi.

Although it is not obvious from the street-level entrance, once inside, the hotel felt very modern and comfortable. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Everything was very clean, the shower was good and the bed was comfortable. We chose it because of its location close to the Obelisco and the underground bus terminal.In the evening, we discovered a wonderful Chinese restaurant just a block away, which we would highly recommend. The breakfast was fine.

We were there for less than 24 hours, so it was purely for convenience. If you are looking for a nice part of Bs As to stay in, this might not be it. It is right in the business part of the centre, with quite narrow and dirty streets - it is very busy during the day but everything closes at night, so it is not really an area for strolling around.

Location was in a busy vibrant area close to restaurants and ATMs etc.

The first room offered did not have a working air conditioner - so a change of room was accepted.

There's nothing wrong, the associates were more than warm and absolutely had us more than happy. The location is perfect if you like to walk around and have awsome dinners. The breakfast has amazing medialunas

The room I guess it was a little small, such as the bathroom. I'll reccommend to add a few more plug ins, definitely trying to move the bed to reach one isn't really comfortable.

The location is great. Right in the center, close to all the attractions. The receptionist is very helpful and cooperative, especially Ms Andrea who made sure that are our needs are met

The noise from the street especially at the early hours of the morning. The shower cubical is a bit tight

The staff were great, eager to help with our needs. The hotel is located near multiple attractions. The breakfast was pretty good (with one exception noted below).

The door to the room didn't close properly and needed to be slammed to close it. The shower head hasn't been replaced in ages so most of the holes were plugged; it seems someone attempted to drill holes in it with large drill bit, so as a result you get a few thick streams of water coming at you rather than a shower. There are no towel bars to hang the towels to dry. The safe is small and it doesn't fit even a small laptop or tablet. Lastly, one day we got some melon at breakfast that either wasn't fresh or clean, which led to an unpleasant time in the washroom. Not recommended.

Friendly and very helpful staff.

Rooms were small, the shower leaked into the bathroom and there was nowhere to hang towels. There's a construction site on the other side of the road and the work begins at 7 am. We woke up to the noise every weekday.

Excellent location, the room was pleasant had essentials except tea/coffee making facilities. I did not have breakfast

Excellent location near Galleria shopping centre and many shops .Room was small but comfortable .Breakfast was ample .

The location was good, close to the theater avenue and good restaurants.

The hotel was too noisy, I had the room next to the elevator and the noise was constant. The mattress was really old and uncomfortable. The bathrooms had no ventilation or it wasn’t functioning.

Location is great, very central. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms are a bit small, but this is to be expected in Buenos Aires in general.
