- Great location, close to ferry. Spacious room. Clean. Comfortable mattress. Friendly staff.
Cons -
- Paying extra for coffee capsules after the first night is not good. The first three are free but expensive to buy more on the second day. This could be better
- I had a problem because i had to pay way more than the amount told in the booking app.
- Pillows not the best.

Pillows not the best.
First time in 15 years being a loyal NH guest that I being badly mistreated by the front desk clerk and front desk supervisor. I am still astonished on the behaviors of both to not to hear my claims and continue to do the wrong receipt under the right name.
I just gotten a simple standard apologizes from NH management hoping not to repeat again the issue.
Nothing really.
The location was so so, not very close to the city center but acceptable. The neighorhood is average - Palermo or Recelote would be nicer. The receptionist at the day shift was really slow in services. It always took them over an hour to deliver a small items / or the order from room services. The night shift lady was really responsible though. The rooms close to the main street were slightly noisy during the night. In addition, the price shown on booking excluded the 21% VAT that foreign credit card does not need to pay but they did not make it clear. Therefore, for whoever using a foreign credit card, they won't get the VAT refund. It would be appreciated if the hotel page can show this on the Booking page so customers won't be confused.
The location is great. Breakfast has a lot of options
It is a bit old. They didn’t have electric connections close to the bed.
The room, the location, the design
In order: - Receptionist asked me for a different card when even though it worked on the first attempt :(- toilet cistern was broken :( - dunno why i ended up paying more than was initially stated :(
Great location, very helpful staff, excellent breakfast.
I like the location , also my second time in NH and overall a great experience. The facility is a real 4 stars hotel with a dedicated customer care . The common area are clean , the dining experience at breakfast full of options with very smile and attentive staff.
The staff were extremely helpful and specifically Lilliana from guest relations who arranged my tickets and transportation to the River Plate football match! Thank you so much!
the rooms are nice, the location of the hotel is excellent.a big plus is the people at the reception who are brilliant. especially the 2 guys at the reception were wonderful and answered all our requests: Brando Suarez and Agustin Ferreiro.it was a wonderful stay
breakfast on the last day wasn't the best
It’s ok. Location is good. Is clean. While it’s being renovated, certain parts in the room need more refurnishing - like the closet.
Hotel location was good and central, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast is rich and tasty, you can also order take away coffee or cappuccino and customize your requests. Breakfast is open up to noon which is a blessing over the weekend.
The overall hotel is a bit old and might need some renewal works and could be slightly cleaner, view from the room was not so nice. The gym is very small but the bare minimum is in there.
Great location, very helpful staff
Our hotel room was very spacious and well laid out but very dark and had poor lighting. The whole hotel had dark walls and dark furnishings and was poorly lite, it was quite old-fashioned, all a bit depressing, really.
Great hotel and just a 10 minute walk from the bus station. Breakfast was fine but not much warm food - eggs and sausages - but lots of cold choice, juices etc. Fantastic grounds. Great view from window across the river to Brazil and Paraguay
Maybe a bit of an update in decor
Best location for walking to an early Buquebus. Also close to restaurants in the water, or shopping at Florida or Gallerias Pacifico. King suite is very large. A few setbacks, but nice enough and worth staying here for the location.
Pillows are terrible. No luggage rack, iron, or tissues in room. Terrible lighting in room and in desk area. TV didn’t work. Shower drain clogged so that the dirty water went over my feet and sink drain slow.
Suite is a nice and comfortable room but could use a small sofa, the room felt a little under furnished. Otherwise very good and helpful staff
Housekeeping was not well managed: no hot water on day 1, no in room water or coffee which existed each day ( either water or coffee missing)
The breakfast was great. There is fantastic selections of freshly squeezed juices, lemonade, cereals, teas, pastries, cold cuts, etc. I love the aesthetic of the dining area.
The egg station seemed to be running low during both times I had breakfast..
Went back to the Lancaster, which I have used many times. The re furbishment is complete, and very nice and more user friendly, (reception, lounge and bar areas all new)Greeted at the door and bags taken up to floor 7 without question. Check in excellent, and no issue about early morning arrival; at 7am, my room was ready and a discounted rate including breakfast, meant I could go to bed after a departure at 3am from PatagoniaSo, effectively 2 day rate, with drinks and water purchased, was half the price of a room in central London. Remarkable Good room, balcony overlooking Ave Cordoba, excellent breakfast
My only negative experience; I had a guest for dinner and asked if reception would kindly book a taxi to get him back to Recoleta. “Thats not hotel policy” seemed unhelpful?
Breakfast buffet was really great. Staff new we were on our honeymoon and we were gifted a bottle of wine and some desserts which was very kind. Great location.
Would have been nice to be able to watch Netflix on the TV in the room - but this was not a major problem.
