Convenient. Safe. Great breakfast. Nice room.

Very friendly..clean..good breakfast and location. Would have liked to have face tissue. My only critique Lived a nearby restaurant and how accomodating the staff was.

Great room, clean, and great location as well. The breakfast was delicious, and with several options to choose. The staff was also super friendly!

Good hotel meeting all basic requirements located within 10-15 mins walking distance of Plaza de Mayo and approx. 30 mins walk to San Telmo which has a bohemian vibe and is very lively on Sundays.Room was quiet and bed was comfortable.Buses are frequent, cheap and seem to go just about anywhere in the city centre. However, it’s a hassle to find places that sell the “SUBE” card and top-ups are cash only. Worth the effort as getting buses saves time, are very cheap and save sore feet!

All good other than took ages to get hot water in shower!

The staff were fantastic, they were really friendly and great in helping everything run smoothly. The location was great and the room and bathroom were a good standard.

It's a bit strange that there's no mattress protectors on the beds, that's usually fairly standard, but was the only minor thing.

Our room floor needed a bit more cleaning. It was dirty especially along the wall areas. It was as if they cleaned the main walkway areas but didn't bother cleaning close to the walls. I was not comfortable walking barefoot in the room.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional! The beautiful decor, spacious and spotless rooms, and delicious breakfast made for a perfect experience. The location is ideal—close to main attractions yet peaceful.The hosts were outstanding! Their kindness, attentiveness, and local insights made our stay truly special. We highly recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation!

Excellent central location. Staff generally excellent. For a premium room, it was smaller than expected. Very comfortable. And quiet on 11th floor, but that had issues …. Bathroom fine until…

It was a hassle being on floor 11, when the majority of the lifts only go to floor 10! Yes, you could walk up the secirity exit stairs but….I also had water coming through the bathroom one morning. No rain, and I was top floor so not a leak from above. In fairnesss, it was fixed within hoursI also don’t understand in a city when they know that the majority of long haul overnight flights arrive early morning, tourist hotels do not make the effort to offer early check in? Hnging around until 3 pm to catch up on sleep is ……

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was great and facility was very clean. Location to Florida was great and plenty of restaurants near by.

It is time to remodel the bathrooms. Room 413 the sink sprayed water everywhere and the shower/bath leaked water on the floor. Used extra towels to clean up the water.

There was a bit of sewage smell in the toilet and the roof was not well kept making some scary noises during the night

Breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs were to runny.

The elevators , especially to the 11th floor r, were extremely slow.

The staff was rude and made mistakes during check in and checkout. They charged to open a bottle, they made faces when asked to get a fruit for the kids.

The reception area is very small and inadequate. Reception staff not very professional. Breakfast area too congested and not good.
