The staff are incredible and the location can¿t be beat.

I didn¿t like that our terrace opened to a wall on all sides.

Breakfast could offer more variarity, more options and the egg use less milk.

Everything was great, staff amazing, just maybe the rooms weren’t as big as I imagined or presented to be in the pictures.

there is absolutely no gym.the equipment is inside the spa, which is super small. and there's a treadmill stuffed next to the place you get a massage...it's not a gym. you have to book it i guess when there's no one getting a massage? very strange. everything else was great!

Our room / balcony faced a blind wall 2 meters away. No daylight.

Location, staff friendlyness, great offer for breaksfast. The room is really confortable. Great bad and shower, table and some facilities to have coffee or even a meal inside the appartment. Big Tvs, AC, good amenities

The location and the staff were great.

The breakfast could easily be improved with better pastries. The hotel rooms need to be upgraded. They were clean but worn out- like leaking shower doors, worn out towels / robes and worn out rooms.

We were given an upgrade to a suite with no windows and no advanced warning re the lack of windows ; I’ve never experienced that before in any hotel.

nice small hotel in a great location, friendly staff, decent sized room.

I did not see/use any other facilities.. I was missing a roof terrace or swimming pool for this amount of money

So many things: 1) comfortable and quiet room, 2) FREE private tour on Saturdays, 3) wonderful staff that let us use the spa area to freshen up before our late flight and made several reservations for us. Our room had a large terrace where we had coffee in the mornings. (Photo).

There was a bit of construction noise during the day.

Excellent location in Recoleta, staff is amazing/friendly and very accommodating.

The people and staff were excellent. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is very dated and needs major renovation. The rooms have mould and lifting floors, the gym is very dated . At one stage the water was turned off for 5 hrs. This is not acceptable

Value because it was sold as five star but with a lot of effort it might be a four star. Breakfast very poor. Everything was in the hotel very old. Bad experience.

Awesome location, the staff is incredibly helpful at all times and the facilities are exquisite, need no more just stay here! We are definitely coming back
