The room consisted of a sleeping alcove with a king-size bed, fridge and TV, and a sitting alcove with a sofa and desk. Bathroom was large and water pressure good. The room was quiet and breakfast was ample and tasty. Staff were friendly. Great massage!
The pool was smaller than the photo on the website would lead you to believe. Not really a big deal, though.

The location and price were great, close to everything yet safe. The spa was a big plus, it didn't require a reservation and it was open 9-9 so could drop in anytime. It was mostly an indoor pool with some jets, not a full jacuzzi and 2 saunas. The included breakfast was also good in general.
It was a bit noisy (lots of local travelers), the baked goods in breakfast were not great.

The noise, you could hear all the conversations everywhere. Also the water temperature was rather cold. It was either cold or lukewarm.
Ker Recoleta is located on a quiet street, steps from shopping, an excellent meat grill parilla restaurant, a delicious pizza place, several cafes, an ATM machine, a stationary store, a kiosk, a park, and the Colon Theater. The staff is warm and friendly, and the breakfast includes a wide variety of delicious options. Our room was cleaned daily and it was a very thorough cleaning. The pool is refreshing. It was a delightful stay.
The WIFI on the top floors is much weaker than the lobby wifi.
Location, bed was comfortable however, linen has seen better days. Breakfast was good but coffee.A bit pricey for the quality of room facilities.

Very convenient location; nice on-site restaurant; nice breakfast; pleasant lobby looks like it was recently renovated; bright, quiet room on upper floor. Nicely cleaned every day. Front desk staff very helpful; friendly staff. No smoking in hotel!
Advertised as 4-star hotel but features missing: no face clothes in bathroom; no towel rack- no place to hang towels or robes except in the shower; no tissues; no counter space in bathroom; poor lighting over sink. The plumbing is not properly vented so it is very noisy. Daily breakfast was plentiful and fresh, but every day was exactly the same. No flexibility about check in (would not budge until 2pm, although they held our luggage until check in).

Hotel and a room were very clean. Staff was kind, they were storing our luggage the last day after check-out, they also provided different pillows. The best was a heated swimming pool. Not large, but it was always warm. Good location.
We were missing more variety for breakfast. Croissants were not good. Eggs not always warm. These are small things that can be improved.
