The breakfast. Cycles could be parked in garage. Location just at portside.

The dinner included did not meet our expectations : spring roles with a salad!We experienced that the entrance to the garage (and our bicycles) was left open at night for longer periods of time. As we left some luggage on the bike..!

Good location, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, staffs.

The breakfast was fine

The check-in process, the conditions of the rooms, had to go through several stair step areas to get to the room, the parking was a problem although the night manager eventually turned it around. The area was extremely noisy even after midnight.

Very nice central location. Rooms are a bit small but rather comfortable. The bed was absolutely amazing. Keep in mind that if you have mobility issues it might be hard to get to a far room, there is a whole network of corridors.

It was alright but dinner was not too impressive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent meal offerings for dinner and breakfast buffets. Central location by the water. Comfortable sitting area by the fireplace at the reception.

We had a discussion and a rude actitud from one of the receptionist. Only this person, the rest were really nice, kind and polite.

Nice seaside hotel with bit historic atmosphere. Good breakfast.

Bathtub plug was missing

Good location on the waterfront. Superior room was very roomy, and bathroom was good. Fika, Dinner and breakfast were included and were surprisingly fresh and tasty.

Great location—breakfast and dinner were delicious! Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean with great views and staff was friendly and helpful.

This is simply a matter of preference—however, The hotel has a Hollywood theme with pictures of scenes from movies throughout the hotel. We were staying as a family with children and our room had a a very in-your-face picture of a bare-breasted woman on it. Not a big deal, we all just joked about it, but maybe another picture from the movie might be better for all guests.

Staff were friendly and the location was good. Room was nice and clean.

The room was quite warm. There didn't seem to be any way to make it cooler other than opening a window, which wasn't helpful as the street noise was too much for sleeping.

Below average breakfast, neighbour house can look directly into my room, and very near. Opening hours at the exercise room was not satisfying, and it should open 0600 in the morning.Very expensive to be a 3-star hotel.

Flexible check in time according to prior arrangement. Room spacious, included everything we required. Good quality, excellent variation of foods for breakfast. Foods to cater for all palates. Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet. Central, close to shops, hospital and harbour.

Difficult to park in marked parking spaces.
