    • The location close to all shopping area. The view at the river.Great breakfast.
    • Good breakfast, as always

    Cons -

    • We were on the 2nd floor waterside and the cigarette butts dropped outside our balcony on to the roof were disgusting and should be cleaned up!
    • Some times hard to find close parking but at the shopping mall many parking ( around three minutes walk )
    • Price for really small and bad room while the whole hotel was empty is sky high. Service in that means is evaluated as extremely bad, as people cannot even think about given ok room having empty hotel. Not recommend as value for money

Food was outstanding for lunch, staff really helpful. Warm, comfortable quiet!

Didn't realise door only locked itself sometimes on exit. When I realised this I had to lock on exit each time. Thanks to your honest culture it wasn't a problem. Reported it on departure so I'm sure issue is sorted by now.

Breakfast was super with so much choice. Location was very central and had a good view over the water.

It took a while to actually find how to get into the hotel, poor lack of signage to entrance. No where to drop off or pick up. There is parking close although not owned by the hotel.

Close proximity to restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful. Buffet at Gallionen was excellent.

    Odd entry & exit points.

    8MarianPosted on: 8-14-2024

Location, breakfast, staff. Room was ok either way bunkbed for family.

No internet at all. Wifi foes not work in rooms, not in restaurant.

    3MartinPosted on: 8-1-2024

Superb breakfast. Otherwise the former glories are unfortunately lost.

Lacking simple maintenance. Room stripped bare: Kettle but no cups or beverages. Room advertised as courtyard, but placed out to road. No car parking agreement. Gym needs full inspection and oiling!! Shower soaps empty!! Neighbouring massive building site blocks queue walk. Very few guests and no atmosphere - a ghost of its former self. Sad.

Breakfast were amazing, friendly staff. Facilities clean.

In room the temperature was too high.Window with the view of the other side of the building and car park.Small and not very comfortable beds (booked for 4 adults)

Location was good for exploring Haugesund on foot

The rooms very small and a bit dated

    8BentePosted on: 5-4-2024

Nice, various choices of bread, cheese, cereals, fruit, and more.

    3SmithPosted on: 4-16-2024

Location is excellent, breakfast is fine.

The so called "Superior Room" was small, very basic and shabby.

    Awesome breakfast

Busy check-in, too many messages pn phone

    9AistePosted on: 12-29-2023

The best breakfast you can get at the hotel. It exceeded all the expectations. We were disappointed with a room, but breakfast saved the day and we gonna absolute coming back!Staff very nice and helpful, especially Dardane :))

The room generally, beds, equipment, very uncomfortable bedsheets…

    8IanPosted on: 12-15-2023

Clean, tidy, pleasant staff. Great location and price is reasonable.

Breakfast at 0630 is not good and a major negative. If it started at 0600 or 0615 I'd stay here much more often.

    5TordPosted on: 10-23-2023

The service from the personnel, especailly the ones in the breakfast restaurant was very good. The breakfast is on of the best. The Naustet restaurant was also very good.

The bed.We had a double bed. And it was horrible. The bed was so soft that you alost roll into the centre of the bed from both sides. The only place to sleep with a little bit hardness was in the very edge. But that is impossible in the long run.

    4RodrigoPosted on: 9-25-2023

    Breakfast was ok

The name of the hotel does not suite with the cost, facility and service, except foe the foreign lady who is preparing omelet, all are not seevice oriented. The cost of hotel is cost of five star hotel in europe but the service is for 5 star

    7WibeckePosted on: 8-21-2023

the location is great, and they have the best breakfast in the city, if not the country.

rooms are old and run down.

    5HamishPosted on: 8-17-2023

    Good breakfast.

Dated room. Very old and tired looking carpet. Terrible shower and toiletries for an expensive price.

    8JillPosted on: 8-6-2023

The breakfast was amazing! It was well run and had so much variety. I’ve had my share of breakfast buffets throughout Europe and this breakfast was a standout. We booked a family room ( 4 person) and it was a great value and comfortable ( except for no air conditioning-silly Americans, we expect that in a 4 star hotel )Great location. Found parking close by.

We found it odd that there were no phones in the room. And like many hotels these days you have to ask for cleaning services, (towels etc) So we had to leave the room to ask for fresh towels
