Menorah Hotel

The hotel was comfortable. Any interaction with the staff was pleasant. The city centre is within a short walking distance and therefore convenient. The laundry service was impeccable.

I'm do not wish to come across as being picky or criticizing because I understand perfectly that the ongoing war being inflicted by the Russians on Ukraine has a huge negative impact on everything and everybody.But to answer your question 'What didn't you like?' ... It's only a minor detail, but it took about 5-6 minutes for hot water to arrive to the bathroom. Of course once I understood that this was the case I anticipated and turned on the tap 5 minutes in advance.

I recently stayed at Menorah Hotel in Dnipro and would rate it 4 out of 5. The view from the window don't exceeded my expectations, and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, the high price felt a bit steep, and I had to find for slippers, which should have been readily available. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there’s room for improvement in attention to detail.

Its a very convenient location and was very clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff.

Very cheap amenities... for a 4 star hotel.... there was very cheap toiletries and slippers were cheap. Coffee and tea 1 packet in the room which is extremely cheap for a hotel of this kind. A.C barely worked during the night time it did not go down past 22C.

well located in Dnipro city. access to any nearby restaurants and river bank.

Clean, large rooms.

Staff is not well trained to put customers first. You cannot leave your room without turning off all power to the room meaning you cannot charge electronics unless you are in the room. Staff knew we were coming, we called to confirm, and when we arrived they had not even started to prepare rooms for us, resulting in an additional 30-minute wait after a very long day. Unnecessary. Was nearly impossible to get a cup of coffee without getting the manager involved.

Room (515) quite new and spacious. Location of the hotel comfortable to reach a lot of shops and restaurants by foot.

Breakfast room very uncomfortable. Variety of food not very satisfying. No restaurant or bar available in the hotel. The bathroom on the other hand very tight especially the shower.

Location

1. parking - the cars shall be parked too close to each other2. the red carpet - absolutely not luxurious, but too outdated ;(3. no possibility to go out to the balcony

Very nice hotel. Room was huge and very clean. Bathroom had everything what you need. Stuff were very friendly and allow me to check in early. Definitely will stay here again during my next trip to Dnipro.

Location is good

They don’t have any gate. You can not find this at night. Just look like a 3 star hotel.

Great location, big room, comfortable beds

No blackout curtains. One of our rooms had poor noise isolation, we could hear almost everything from our neighbors.

The hotel is clean, staff is very helpful. Location is just perfect.
