- My partner stayed there during a visit to Lviv and had a bad experience. The hotel's located on the outskirt of Lviv next to a disused mall and market. Wi-fi in the room didn't work well, so my partner went to the reception where the connection was stronger. When it got late, the receptionist rudely told him to go to his room while he was still finishing work emails. She didn't speak a word of English, so it was all done through GoogleTranslate. While the room itself wasn't terrible, there are much better options in Lviv.
