- Excellent location, simple but decent furniture with lots of drawers, quiet, with a working fridge and kettle. Obviously, not fancy enough to be called "elite" but a decent apartment. More or less good value for the money, considering the location.
Cons -
- Some quick and cheap fixes could make this apartment much more comfortable. Add a coat hanger for jackets NEXT TO THE DOOR, not across the room; install a shelf for toiletries above the sink; put more hangers in the closet (2 is not enough!); fix the electric outlets - they are just dangerous, falling out of the wall; provide one normal size bath towel in addition to one facial towel instead of two facial towels, and a floor mat\rag in the bathroom to deal with spills. And it's about time the old and bumpy mattress and pillows got changed.
