- The receptionist, Anastasia, was extremely helpful and generous. I really enjoyed her and she was so kind to me and my baby. She helped us with ordering at the restaurant, as well as with some trouble I was having with the neighbors. The restaurant staff was also kind and helpful and the food was pretty good.

- The staff was excellent. Very helpful, fluent in English, professional and clearly working hard.
Cons -
- Very VERY thin walls. The couple next to us was extremely loud and quite involved in adult activitiesall day all night. They got quiet after I asked for help, but that didnt stop them later. The families above us were easily heard as well. The drain in the bidet did not work, was completely broken, leaving a nasty mess for me to clean as I was too embarrassed to ask the staff for help. The sheets were too worn down with lots of pilling all over, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep on. I hope they will be replaced soon. The curtains were not latched properly at the top, so they hung open and were unable to be closed fully - again - and easy fix and one I hope that is remedied soon.
- Don't like raut people; Don't like liars (special the reception lady); Don't like to not have toilet paper into the apartment; Don't like to have broken bath shower mixer; Don't like to not have hot water when take it bath more than 3 minutes; Don't like to have a dented/displaced inner base and squeaky mattress; Don't like to wait 20 minutes at 08:30am on the reception and no one there. Don't like receptionist to try to pull me out at 11:00am when is been added "late check out service", which is been paid of course. Don't like to not have heating radiators working and missing remote control for the air-conditioner - SO staid on cold 2 days including child 5 years old. NEVER see that worst service and attitude in all my wife anywhere on the world. Never again in this hotel - even for free or even they pay me to stay there. I'm giving them 1 point, because there is no option 0 points.
- The carpet in my room had seen better decades. I wagered a full can of deodorizer spray that I could eliminate the smell for a night. I lost the bet :(
