The towels are old, rooms are dirty, I found hair of other people im my room, rooms are very small. It was deffinately not more than 3 star hotel. :(

Great value for the price. The room is pretty big , I had a small balkoni, not sure if every room has it . The mattress is comfortable , I have nothing negative to say about the room , great bathroom. Tv is big . Room clean.

The location is not perfect , but it's 15 min Uber drive from the center , and you can quickly get a taxi 24 hours.

Even though citywide was in crisis. The Staff made everything as good as they could with the resources they had. I¿m eternally grateful to everyone there, and I pray for the end of the Russian and Ukrainian War.

There¿s nothing to complain on my part.

By morning, the sheets had slipped off, and we were horrified by the yellowing of the mattress. The bed wasn't comfy. Hot water takes 2-3 minutes to come out of the tap. The restaurant is only open for breakfast.

Location not bad. Room is comfortable, clean and cozy.

I like everything

Front Desk Staff are English Proficient. Coffee Robot Machine and Water Cooler in Lobby is nice.

Distance from City Center and Closest Metro Station, yet there’s a Bus Stop nearby (#26, 35, and some other Bus Lines are frequent). NO worries lots of nice Ukraine people in the area with all one NEEDS while visiting Kiev, yet if you like Kiev City Center attractions it may not be best choice.

Kinda far from City Center of Kiev, yet MANY PUBLIC transport options to pick from.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, there is a power generator in case of power outage

There is no internet access and mobile connectivity is sufficient only for calls at the time of power outage, the generator does not help with this.

Great value.

Gets very noisy on the weekends. Feels like party in hallways, slamming on the doors, creaming etc.

Stayed in this hotel 3 months ago and was happy (with few minor issues)This time - I stayed in same hotel, different room and had no issues whatsoever, very quiet rooms and beds are quite comfortable.

The room had wall sockets right in the middle of the bed (I understand this might be due to twin room being converted to double) but it's still a bad socket placement. (Same happened last time I visited) - Perhaps relocate sockets to far ends of each side if bed? Other than that - no issues whatsoever.

Everything was good

There was a plumbing issue, the water was spoiling on the floor

The attention of the hotel staff was great and their smiling face was great, thank you very much to the receptionists who work during the day and at night, they really do their job with love. I will stay again!
