Pros +
- the Restaurant it was good service
- I arrived very late at midnight and there was no problem with check-in. The room was clean and cozy and had everything you need. Breakfast was delicious.
- I would like to costumer service,
Cons -
- The staff in the hotel where cheating and cheating in the price
- I don't like the different prices of hotel and sauna, because when we reserve by booking sauna seems included the price of hotels would like to suggest the hotel and sauna makes same price as the value of hotels well
- Coffee machine was OK, but not the best coffee for a business hotel.Brownish water out of the faucet but maybe that is also in other places in Kiev.Location is maybe a bit far from the city center but you can reach the center quite well by car (parking is a bit difficult there though). Around 30-45 minutes drive. No baby bed available.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly Manager MR.Sergey was very helpful and kindly
Breakfast with different options but sometimes a bit small portion. Difficult to order a second dish.Room was very clean, not super-new but had all the amenities you needed. Big enough for our small family.Free parking in front of the hotel, enough parking space all the time.

Nice room and very good staff, and about the restaurant is super
The hotel was clean. New construction
The manager was rude. No elevator and we were given room on floor#3Just imagine carrying all your bags to floor 3Also no person to help. We ask for iron box and they asked us to come down to reception to take it.
Room were very clean and good, friendly and serviceminded staff. Good breakfast.
Frankly speaking, i did not expect such a high quality from a hotel in this price range. I was looking for a hotel conveniently located not very far from an airport, which happened to be a very high quality homy place! Nice personnel, very good breakfast, clean and high quality bed linnen, everything is super clean - everything was super! 5 star quality hotel - will definitely come back!
24 hour working time, breakfast, cleaning ladies were invisible but effective.
I would expect everybody in tourism speaks at least one foreign language (English). The good thing in this case is, that you learn some of their words.
I would like first staff girl worked at 29.05.2021 and staff's of the restaurant.
The staff didn't speak to English and more mistakes doing for eg when I done the checkout they called us and said you took our towel, that horrible situation ?? after I said please chech before you asked the unvariable question after view minutes later they found without apologies we left the hotel,I suggest the owner of the hotel must be takes the high qualifications staff expect the girl work at 29.05.2021 when we come in the hote, if the customers makes mistakes to resolve it.
The included breakfast was great. We also had the most delicious dinner there.
It's a bit far from the city center but close to Zulyani airport.
