Abnormally thin walls.Cold room.All the time when we wish breakfast we had to outside the building and then inside to another one…We heard a man snoring in the next room, and besides some creatures were mating. And so every night. Breakfast always the same and cold.The most horrible hotel I have ever booked.

Was a solid little room for the price TV even worked for YouTube and Netflix. Wifi was strong and quick from my room. Downloading was pretty quick for my updates, even a full game. Staff very friendly communal spaces always seemed to have some friendly characters there.

Gym equipment was there but the primary exercise rack just seemed expensive and a bit complicated for what it was. Not the largest bed or room in the cheapest option for rooms but still effectively comfortable and good sleep, (quiet).

The wifi doesnt reach to the smoking area, the walls are so thin that you can hear anything the neighbours do

The cleaning was not good, I found hairs in my bed and shower, there was web in the room at the sealing, no minibar or fridge, no kettle, no drinking water, there was no big towel even. I am not sure this corresponds to 3 star hotel… I asked to clean up the irons because there was dark soot on it, and no one did anything during 2 days after I notified about this

Location is good, the room was clean.

Most staff were gloomy and not really friendly. Walls are incredibly thin and cheap and I could very well hear people in the room next door. The walls trembled when someone shut the door in other rooms. We forgot a shirt in the room on the radiator while checking out, but the hotel claimed they couldn’t find it and have not returned it.

After i paid i took back my money For me it doesn’t deserve the money because they putting pictures but the hotel another picture They show the bed as big but its like small bed as hostel not hotel and the air conditioner you can’t make it on its like automatic not your choice and stuff they are want convincing you as you mistaken ! So for me it didn’t deserve the price Its not good !

The hotel is not bad and staff is friendly but this hotel doesn’t worth it’s price-the furniture is quite old and we had a completely scratched old chair near the drawer. Beds have scratches as well but that doesn’t influence the functionality and beds were quite comfortable but they were so narrow that a bigger person would not fit there I suppose. The bathroom was not bad but the shower cabin was so small that in order to wash my hair I had to open it and push my back outward to bend - you can only stand as a solder in there with no extra movement. So, I would rate it as 2,5 stars. But this hotel has a bomb shelter so that is beneficial right now. The breakfast was not bad but coffee is questionable. And one more-no bottled water in our room and I would expect it in a 3 star hotel especially in Summer.

Brand new, contemporary feel. Everything worked. Amazing price. Helpful staff. A grocery store less than a block away. Beautiful room. Great shower. Downtown. Close to the metro blue line. Two stops from the Maidan. I look forward to staying there again.

There’s nothing they can do about this, but across the street the entire block is taken up by an old falling apart Soviet style factory. So in the lobby I feel like I’m in modern Ukraine in 2022. I walk out the front door, look across the street, and I feel like I am in the Soviet Union in 1956. It’s very “quaint”.

No room service at all (staff declined to bring a tea to room), conditioner working very slowly and loud, pure noise insulation (I've heard every time when elevator comes), the breakfast line is very limited and not super tasty, location is nice to walk (40 mins to town) but only one low-quality food market near

Positives - the hotel was clean, breakfast had all the basics and wifi was reliable. The lobby was nice and you could find a quiet corner for video conference etc. The staff was also helpful.

My main motivation was location and price, which means my expectations were not high, to begin with. I was expecting a bigger bed though, as during the booking you are presented a picture of a DBL bed, while the reality is you get a short SGL bed. 180+ cm people will have their feet hanging over the edge of the bed:D.The pictures do create a tad better impression than the reality is, but this does not come as a surprise for experienced travelers.

the staff, they were weird and they took money for 1 day after 1 hpur from the checkout while I already informed them that I’m packing.. they showted and treat us in a very weird way, they took money for the coffee provided by the hotel and every time it was a different price ! although I ordered the same order but it was shown that they are misleading.. I didn’t like the stay, the location is bad and the staff made me hate the stay.

Pictures of the rooms are misleading. They are not that bright and spacious. Beds are not comfortable. Head of shower keeps falling down. Staff said the only working room is the lobby, I don't know what is that room with desks and tables with laptops in the photos. Cleaners missed 2 days while I was staying. It doesn't justfy the price.

It was an efficient booking and check in. The place is basically a slightly upgraded warehouse. Got some nice features to it. I needed a place to stay for a night and this worked out ok for $50.

Felt like I spent the evening in a $50 shoebox. Probably the smallest room I've stayed in. In the morning it rained and apparently the warehouse like place has tin roofs. It was unbearably loud.
