Room & location

No Spa as advertised, no restaurant, no breakfast buffet, horribly depressing lobby & lobby bar. It is under renovation & you get a nice room and horrible experience

Ability to lounge downstairs comfortably My wallet and passport were returned promptly when I left them in the safe by mistake

The staff were really not nice at all. The room was clean but the carpets were full of stains. Wifi terrible and staff were not helpful to fix.

The outside of the hotel is being renewed, so scaffolding is up. From the back it's green, but there are lots of mosquitoes there.

Location is exceptional - right in the city center, 150 feet from central square and subway station. Breakfast was also good and hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and bed was really big and comfortable. So the summary is - great place to stay for inexpensive price!

The main disadvantage is that hotel’s facade is under renovation, so windows and balconies are closed and can’t be opened.

They decided to close the hotel with only two days warning!!!!! I was forced to move out!! I booked to a Sunday and they knew ahead of time they were closing but nonetheless booked me through then. thieves, idiots and liars

The rooms on the 6th floor are completely renovated and comfortable. The hotel is very centrally situated and you can easily walk to all parts of the city center.

I asked for a room not on the main road and instead I exactly got a room on the main road with the excuse that the inner rooms were a different price range. There is no breakfast buffet and you can only order breakfast with little choice. I suppose that is the current situation due to the conflict

Very nice location and facilities. Both the gym and spa very satisfactory. Camouflage-patterned yoga mats was a first.

I think breakfast should be included at a hotel this good.

Lobby Area. Not welcoming. Too dark. Buy some lamps!!

Perfect location with well equipped and beautiful rooms.Warnings in case of air-raid alarms are announced over speakers in the rooms.Metro station can be reached quickly.Uncomplicated check-in and check-out process.

The elevator takes eternities to come, breakfast instructions were not clear (that we had to order it)

Really loved the location, it was very close to everything you might have needed - a few meters from a metro station, a supermarket, an exchange shop,…the facilities were amazing, I loved the sauna and swimming pool, however for guests it’s open from 8 am to 4pm, then you have to reserve it. If you haven’t paid for breakfast, you might order it for 300 UAH and it will be delivered into your room, which is amazing!

i would only say sometimes it would become a little cold as there is an ongoing reconstruction.

Convenient location in the heart of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel. Pool and sauna available. Underfloor heating was a pleasant surprise. Several different menu options. Friendly staff. Thank you for your work in such a difficult time for our country.

For almost 2 days of stay, the card to enter the room stopped working twice. Unfortunately, the choice of accommodation with breakfast included does not justify itself, since there are few visitors now, and the breakfast is actually prepared individually by the bartender on request on the ground floor, so be prepared to wait approximately 15 minutes. Sauna by four o'clock in the afternoon was still not warm enough. The elevator call button was shocking. Due to ongoing renovations, the city view from the room is limited. The temperature controller in the room also didn't work. Summing up: I am very grateful to the staff for their responsiveness, but there is still a lot to be improved.
