It was my first and last stay in this hotel

It is a 3/4 star hotel, not a five star. Breakfast was very poor, Toilet water was not available in nigh, it came only 7:30 morning.

The SPA centre is very good indeed.

The location, of course, is rather creepy, and the breakfast was a bit weird to my taste.

The spa facilities are fantastic. Two saunas and a steam room, two pools and a salt room. Breakfast is really great with a wide selection and coffee to order as you like. Staff are helpful and polite. Beds are large and comfortable, rooms spacious and great water pressure in the shower.

It would be great to have a power socket near the bed. The closest power socket is on the other side of the room...

Poor - please don’t stay here.

This hotel is overpriced and it underperforms. After paying $150 for the best room they had, I arrived to find that it was decorated like a budget travel lodge, there was a cockroach in my bathroom, and I had to pay an extra $25 to use the outside swimming pool. Outside, the hotel staff attending the swimming pool lied to me that they couldn’t sell me a hookah because the heating system for the cubes was broken (in reality, they just didn’t want to admit that they didn’t have the time or desire to prepare any more hookahs). But I then saw them using that same machine to serve shisha to a large group who had accompanied a random YouTuber whom I’ve never heard of, yet who they were clearly providing a free service to in order to please him. I approached staff and asked why they lied to me that the machine was broken. They tried to lie again, but then agreed to sell me a hookah. I asked for strawberry tobacco, they brought something else. They also had no ice, and they said food would take around 40 minutes to an hour to arrive. Later that night I ordered room service and was told that the card machine wasn’t working. We have blackouts here in Ukraine, but there wasn’t a blackout, and throughout my visit the hospital claims it had mass problems with its card terminals. The hotel has given itself 5 stars - this is laughable. I live in Kyiv permanently and have stayed in many hotels for short breaks. There are many better hotels here for under half the price.

The spa section is fantastic, however can get a little overcrowded. It was difficult to find a free chair. The breakfast is fantastic, a large range of foods, fruit, cheese and meats. Staff are helpful and welcoming. This hotel is higher quality for the price.

The aircon could not be switched off, and hummed all night, every night, for the three nights we were there. It sounded like a shower running, it was super loud. There are no electrical sockets near to the bed. The only sockets are on the other side of the room. Very inconvenient. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned since the last guests, bins had not been emptied.

The prices in the bar in the room are very high. Water 0.33 grams - 120 hryvnia ? It is unacceptable to inflate the price of ordinary water

The spa section of this hotel is fantastic. Two separate saunas and a steam room, two pools and a salt room. Breakfast is fresh, lovely coffee and a great selection of local and foreign cuisine.

I would suggest considering improving the breakfast serving (food assortment / quality).

Breakfest was limited due to a lot of people, just leftovers were available.

The room was warm and clean.

The hotel entrance was almost impossible to find. Upon entry, the lobby (and, as it turned out, the upper floors) smelled horribly like the canteen of a retirement home. The receptionist condescendingly explained that "yes, because the restaurant is on this floor". Then, she advised that the pool (my main reason to choose the hotel) was unusable as the water was not warm enough. The spa was "working" but using it and its services required a prior booking of at least 6 hours. The corridor leading to the pool was congested with old furniture and served as storage room. The locker room next to the pool smelled like mould and was cold. The booklet with guest opinions and complaints hidden in a rack not far from the reception contained descriptions of the service as "disgusting". Checkout took place 30 minutes after checkin. This is not even a decent two-star hotel.

All the hotel staff and all the facilities are just fine.

In the days when Kyiv and rest of Ukraine have central electricity supply interruptions, the management of this hotel refuses to use private power generators (which they have) citing high costs ? This is in the time of year when other SPA hotels are fully booked and operate at full capacity. No wonder all the guests have run away from this one, I was literally the last guest to cancel my stay a few days earlier than intended. Looks like the top management of this hotel and/or it's owners are not good at what they do at all and need to be replaced ASAP ?

The breakfast was very rich and varied. The breakfast was 5 star! The coffee was delicious!Freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juices deserve special praise.Thanks to the hotel management, everything was at a good level!
