- Staff was helpful! Rooms were spacious.

- Clean and tidy room, excellent service.
Cons -
- For an Airport hotel to not have any kind of elevators or help with baggage is absolutely ridiculous. Our room was on the 2nd floor all the way to the other end, guess what? We had to drag three big suitcases (staff did help with 1 on the way in).
- My king courtyard view was of the roof with a small glimpse of courtyard. No elevator to the second floor which was not mentioned prior to arrival. No assistance with luggage to room since no elevators. King bed was two doubles at first, but corrected.
- This was to far from Gatwick to be considered an airport hotel. No simpler public transportation or shuttle, either.
