- I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. A big shout out to hotel employee ! Thanks for making my stay so pleasant.
- pleasant location in historic Greenwich very near rail transit, rooms were spotlessly clean, staff was pleasant
- Accommodation was adequate. Staff were polite and helpful. Location is good, close to Greenwich sights and the Cutty Sark.
Cons -
- Nope.
- bathroom was ridiculously small, toilet weirdly placed and lighting impossibly poor
- I asked for a wash cloth (flannel) and was told the policy is to provide only two towels and a bath mat. Staff did give us extra towels. This is ridiculous for the price of $'--- per night. This is a hotel and not a backpacker's hostel.
