Hotel rooms need refresh.

Very good location, friendly staff, good breakfast, parking.

The hotel had everything one needed for a comfortable stay: air conditioning,a small fridge,comfortable beds and a fantastic location in old town Tartu.The breakfast was superb.

Electric plugs were not strategically located near the beds.

The breakfast was exceptionally good, and the staff were pleasant and friendly.

The building was rather old and needed to be modernized.

This was such an encouraging and refreshing place to stay! The room was small, but clean, updated, and well-equipped. The climate control worked well, the beds were comfy, and breakfast was fantastic! The location would also be really hard to beat.

We wanted to do some laundry while we were there, but the hotel's laundry service option was too expensive.

The hotel was a little hard to find but once there it was easy and parking very good

The location was quite convenient. Breakfast was also very nice. The room was comfortable. However, the double pane glass could not dampen the sound of Alien Bar across the street that played music well into the morning. If you stay here, be sure to ask for room not on the street.

Again, the sound from the bar across the street was maddening at 3:00 a.m. also, we would have liked to have a hot water kettle in the room to make it to your coffee.

Great location in the city center, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, convenient paid parking in a private gated lot across the street. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again if visiting Tartu, Highly Recommended!

Nice hotel in an excellent location. My room was big and clean, and had air conditioning. WiFi was good and fast.

Price is low, breakfast and location are very good

The breakfast was very good as always at the Soho Hotel.

I liked hotel during my previous visit more, when reception was from front door. Right now if restaurant El Chapo is closed you can't access to hotel elevator without using stairs. Before you could. It is bad for people in wheelchair and also for family with small kids.

Breakfast was definitely far the best part of it.

Although the management acknowledges that the place needs significant touch-up (in a letter left on a table), it doesn’t help once you have paid for that. The room reminded me, in its simplicity (including furniture) a gloomy dorm room, albeit clean. The corridors were darkish and warn out. I am surprised, and felt somewhat mislead, by all those positive comments I based my decision on.

The location is perfect as you're in the city centre. The rooms were spacious but very dated and not so clean, particularly the bathroom. The breakfast was very generous with a great diversity of food. The drink token upon arrival was a very nice gesture.

There is amazing brekkie available for long timeframe and it could be considered for different food preferences.

There was unexpected change and on the one bed cover had some hair.

Fantastic location! Excellent breakfast with nicely presented selection of tasty foods (even prosecco and beer if that's what you crave for breakfast) and a big kids play area in the breakfast restaurant. Also a welcome drink token from a Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel.
