Pros +

- Its charm. The staff was extremely accommodating and made us feel so welcomed. They helped us with any any questions and directions needed regarding our hiking experience in Wales. I actually wanted to stay longer because of how they made us feel.
- Lovely room far exceeded my expectations. Very polite and helpful staff.
Cons -
- It looked tired, the raggedy welsh flag said it all, with cobwebs, cobwebs, cobwebs in the rooms. Let's see what it will look like after its' refurbishment/make-over later this year
- The only thing I did not like really did not make a difference because of the time of year we went is that there is no AC in the rooms. Since we went in September we were able to open our windows at night which made it very cool and comfortable.
