Please note extra beds are not available Please note, guests booking 3 rooms or more, the hotel will charge 50% of the total amount as a deposit 30 days prior to arrival. If the arrival date is within 30 days, 50% of payment will be taken immediately after the booking. The deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation or modification. All guests are required to provide a government issued photo ID at check-in. A credit card is required at check-in for incidental charges. This property will place an authorization on credit and debit cards for incidental charges for any bookings where payment for the stay will be made on site instead of at the time of booking. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to show on check-in. As per our Hotel Policy all the requests (any kind of requests) must be confirmed via e-mail by the authorized staff, otherwise they will not be accepted in case of any future additional invoices or commissions. Also, please note that if a reservation is labeled as nonrefundable, non-cancelable or similar, all cancellation will incur a 100% charge, regardless the date in which the cancellation is requested.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 100.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
