Please note, guests booking 3 rooms or more, the hotel will charge 50% of the total amount as a deposit 30 days prior to arrival. If the arrival date is within 30 days, 50% of payment will be taken immediately after the booking. The deposit is non refundable in case of cancelation or modification. Hotel will require pre-authorization of £100 from guest upon check-in for any incidents. Government-issued photo identification is required at the time of check-in. A credit card is required at check-in for incidental charges. This property will place an authorization on credit and debit cards for incidental charges for any bookings where payment for the stay will be made on site instead of at the time of booking. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to show on check-in. As per our Hotel Policy all the requests must be confirmed via e-mail by the authorized staff, otherwise they will not be accepted in case of any future additional invoices or commissions. Also, please note that if a reservation is labeled as nonrefundable, non-cancelable or similar, all cancelation will incur a 100% charge, regardless the date in which the cancelation is requested. Children 10 and over are subject to extra bed charges Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of £100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
