Pros +
- The room was very clean and well presented and the bed was comfortable. Food choice for dinner was excellent and reasonably priced and the breakfast buffet was also very good.
- Warm greeting by receptionist . Nothing was too much trouble and he was very polite Fantastic choice for breakfast
- The breakfast was really nice. Some of the staff was really friendly.
Cons -
- It didn't bother me particularly but the relatively long walk from reception to room (312) and beyond was quite long and may be a problem for elderly and/or less mobile people.
- The carpet in room 109 was very stained
- The bedroom had multiple holes that had been re-plastered a couple times. The bathroom was the worst! It smelled like mould, the sink did not drain quick enough and we saw black mould. There was also limescale in the showehead. No aircon.
