- We liked the area and the staff. The hotel staff were so accommodating and helpful. The hotel is close to the tube station and close enough that we walked into London all three days.

Cons -
- The hotel does have its quirks and charms. One thing in particular was the tiny, step up shower. Getting in and then out again was a lesson in balance and prayers for safety.
- The first member of staff that we met wasnt exactly warm in his behaviour. The other people were nicer.
