Cleanliness and smell
The location was amazing. Also, the breakfast spread was impressive.
So clean and comfortable. The room had every amenity we needed and we felt extremely safe as there was a police station right down the block.this hotel in in the Shard Quarter and an easy walk to underground and many fun spots as well as historic ones.

Cons -

The rooms were a bit tight and dated but that is to be expected for a hotel located so close to historic sights like London Bridge, Monument, Tower of London etc.
Very small window that was too high to see out of. Bathtub was also high and difficult for some guests to get in/out of.

Nice, clean and updated. Staff were attentive, and dining staff were especially great.
