Great location.

The hotel reception and corridors were dirty and messy. It didn't have a very safe feel to it. The room was very cold and the duvet smelt musty. Lots of banging and shouting in the night from other rooms kept me awake.

Local to the beach

Not very clean If I read the reviews before booking and seen how rude management were when replying to reviews on trust pilot I wouldn’t have booked.

Big rooms for family decent price as well Staff were friendly Sunday lunch was lovely would recommend.

Was a bit cold during the night time , and the shower head stand was broken so had to hold it. Bit loud during the Saturday night but we was above the lounge bar.

The hotel looked small from the outside, however going inside it was huge. It’s a shame there was no elevator and had to climb stairs for the room but the room made up for it. There was only 2 of us. The room was cheap, but it was huge. Plenty of space. Plenty of facilities. Very comfortable bed. We were thoroughly happy throughout our stay. Breakfast was cooked superbly. The staff were all lovely and friendly and very welcoming. It was nice to see such a lovely team. We will definitely be coming back and we will definitely be staying here again

Great location for buses, trains, shops. Nice clean, warm room, lovely view opposite church. Friendly staff.

Beautiful Hotel decor to a very high standard. Breakfast lovely and staff amazing. All in all a little gem of a hotel and will be staying here again.

The hotel is above a pubThe reception and kitchen which provides food for the pub are on the 1st floor so smell of kitchen cooking is throughout the corridors.There were 65 stairs to climb to get to my room no 9The room was ok, not so much the bathroom very dated.Clock on wall not working hot water took 2 minutes to get hot. Sink taps need attention, toilet seat lose, kettle in room the element looked rusty & old water still left in kettleCracked bathroom floor tiles & what looked like mold on ceiling Coming back to hotel on Saturday night around 9.30pm the only entrance is also the pub entrance so loads of people outside smoking In a nutshell Staff friendly Good locationCheapPoor standard of decor & furnishings in rooms & hallwaysEn-suit bathroom poor.Would not stay again

Noisy party on the Saturday night however it is not unreasonable to expect such things if you book a room in a hotel with a bar and party room!

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly. Room was reasonably sized. Good choice of food in restaurant downstairs.

Our room was on the top floor so lots of stairs. No good if you have mobility issues. Water pressure from taps and shower was poor. Bathroom/shower were small. Room was cold even though radiator was on and there was a draft from the window.

Bar only open till 10 pm and 9:30 She said bar îs closed we can tale drinks upstairs lol .If you not bothered to respect your clients because u too busy clients than dont bother .Maybe try to hire some proper bartenders not teens .The reception looked like a store with stuff eveywere .I am sute they can do better than that !

Nothing specific. Reception area could do with some attention. Guy on reception was really helpful.

Comfortable beds, brilliant location, good value for money and what made it even better was the replies to the negative reviews had me and my partner laughing even when we got home finally quality nighttime entertainment with a 2 men arguing and one of them getting kicked out of the bar area

The tv was awkward to see from the bed and the shower took at least 5 mins to properly warm up but would randomly go cold in room 1
