Nice and clean friendly staff

Room was a bit cold as no heating was on in the afternoon and evening

Great location, right on the front, sea view for the main room and a nice small single room for our other traveller

Decor a bit tired, but really not a big issue

Cold room from midnight on..Was cold in bed. Not enough bedclothesHad to use coat over bed and put my jumper on over my pyjamas in retiring.

Single room was good. Staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good with a good choice of food. Ordered an evening meal on arrival day - staff had efficiently emailed menu choices before arrival so I could pre-book meal as requested. Food was excellent.

Lovely room and view of sea, lovely and warm too.

Only thing was to Kate to book supper, would have liked to have supper but didn’t arrive til about 4, and had to book before 3.30.

Maybe have one soft and one firm pillow would be good. Bed very comfortable.

Being able to park at the facility was a bonus. Staff couldn't do enough.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Winchmore. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, well-appointed room with a fantastic view (twin room seaview). Breakfast, lovely. We'll be back again.

Lovely building has been decorated really well immaculately clean the room was very spacious and comfortable bed the seaview was fantastic, made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Parking on site was very handy and the breakfast was cooked perfectly

Only slight thing was there was no power in the shower was more of a trickle so difficult to wash hair

The sea view and the pier at night lit up

Just a minor point as it will have been nice to have a small coffee table in the room

Central, good size rooms, comfy beds great breakfast . Staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. 2nd time staying in the family room with a sea view. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect location. The shops, bars, restaurants and pier are all within easy walking distance and the hotel itself has beautiful sea views. The property was extremely clean and staff were very welcoming and helpful. A private car park is also available at the back of the hotel for a small charge. Bar prices within the hotel were also reasonable.

Clean, well presented and easy to access. Good location not far from the centre. Lift to all floors. Room was comfortable and clean with standard facilities.Booked another family room for another weekend.

Noisy guests in another room but luckily they calmed down before bedtime and I didn't need to complain to reception about them.

The hotel offers good value for money and an excellent location. Breakfast very tasty although could have more non-cooked options.

Room was small and flashing Christmas lights outside a bit annoying at night. We arrived light and waited a while to be let in. Could do with a phone number or louder bell.

The walls are quite thin so unfortunately I could hear the person in the next room snoring all night
