The hotel, a tasteful conversion of 3 elegant town houses, is located in the town center, close to all of the major amenities and attractions, such as the promenade, the pier and the Great Orme. Lovely staff, great breakfast, room was amazing.
Steep Spiral staircase to bathroom. Ok for us but not for anyone with any mobility issues. Water temperature too cold to enjoy a bath.

We have stayed here quite a few times.Good location for us. Breakfast is nice. Staff went out of their way as always.Bar was open and very reasonably priced. Relaxed and friendly
The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent hot and plenty of choices to choose from very pleased

The breakfast was a lovely buffet style but they did run out of a few things like white bread, mushrooms and black pudding. The rooms were very warm.

Shower a little dated, had to use hot and cold taps to mix to get right temperature, hard to do when your in bath!!!
