Belmont Llandudno

Location, staff always polite, clean.

The Belmont Llandudno, inviting and scenic seafront location and close to amenities including wide choice of restaurants and pubs. Room was comfortable with coffee and tea facilities and little extras like eye mask and quality Elemis toiletries in bathroom.No onsite parking , but we knew that before booking.

Location is excellent, staff very friendly and knowledgeable, couldn’t do enough for their guests, truly great staff, lovely big bar area, breakfast was delicious and well presented, we stayed in 104 with the balcony, would definitely recommend, a great find!

A minor gripe is the toilet roll holder is too close to the toilet, possibly this is why it was loose on the wall, doesn’t affect our score though.

A beautiful room and bathroom and plenty of tea,coffee etc .Lots of little extras including cans of chilled water and milk in the fridge .We has a sea view and there was a pair of binoculars in the room .The whole hotel was modern and extremely clean .The breakfast was massive and good quality .The staff were very friendly and helpful .We would definitely visit again as it is close to everything and we were able to park close by ,.

Friendly and helpful staff at all times. Efficiency and speed of service. Spotlessly clean and tidy in all areas. The presentation and standard of cooked breakfast.

Shortage of free parking

Spotlessly clean and modern tasteful decor and furniture.

There was a bit of noise in the morning, we assume from a kitchen extract, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Excellent location, lovely view of the beach. Room was clean and spacious. Bed made up each morning. The cleaning staff were very friendly. Nice little bar and dining room overlooking the sea.

Ideal location for enjoying an ‘old fashioned’ typical seaside promenade, pier and town.Excellent helpful staff, spotless room and public areas of the hotel. Characterful without being ostentatious. Decent breakfast and very good value for money

Only downside parking we had to drive around to find a space

It was ideal and in a good location

Breakfast was advertised till 10.30 but was put away at 10 so when we went to get some more breakfast everything had gone so didn’t get full breakfast. Only got cereal. No toast

Lovely view from room made this hotel break. Breakfast was excellent too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thoughtful extras were left in room such as water in fridge and plenty of teas and coffees. We will definitely return.

Bath had a leak so water flooded the floor when my husband bathed! Staff were quick to respond however and bathroom floor quickly dried.

very large bedroom but very tight bathroom facilities and room was warm but shower toilet room were freezing and the cleaners room or whatever she was doing was unacceptable due to noise she was making very early in morning banging doors etc etc no fault to who was in next room.

Lovely hotel. Great location. The room had everything you could need. Breakfasts were lovely and Staff were very attentive. Will definitely stay again

Only thing I didn’t like was the lift. It was very slow and it was out of order one day and night. We were on the 3rd floor so was quite a climb

The room with view was good, comfy bed, warm,great breakfast.

The lift,albeit slow,worked on our arrival, Sat 14th, however,Didn't work at All on Sun 15th..staircase was quite steep and narrow..Our room was spacious, warm,comfy bed. However,the carpets looked quite soiled,dirty, the bedside light didn't work,and the bathroom extractor fan didn't work. All else good.Parking situation is dire !! Can't imagine it in summer season.

Excellent location. Easy to get around by foot. Small room but had everything we needed. It was clean and warm. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Unfortunately the lift was out of order so my husband struggled with the stairs. Parking is very difficult there but we managed. Be prepared to pay for parking. Breakfast was good but a little pricey for our liking.

Lifts broke was on 3 floor didn’t even tell us found out when was going to our room

Lovely friendly staff , great room tastefully decorated , bay window with a fantastic view.

Just a bit of noise from the heating in the room that's all I can say that was negative. It would be great if there was an evening meal service too because the breakfast was fabulous
