Great location - On the front overlooking the prom & sea Lovely hosts, very friendly, excellent breakfast

Some of the furniture in the room was looking a bit tired (dressing table / side tables). Maybe needs a good sanding down & revarnish or painting. Let the room down as the rest of the room was lovely, including a brand new bathroom and was spotlessly clean.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very convenient for the swimming pool. Car parking was great.

A little problem with the radiator but it was quickly resolved.

As It showed a 2 star hotel but defo not 2 star easy 3 star and staff were great ,breakfast was excellent even carried our cases up 4 flights of stairs and the room was very clean and had everything we needed even a canny view of the hills.

Do side no lift so if you are not fit make sure you get a first fall room. This was the only down side but it dose state no lift.

Bit of a hike to town centre but pleasant scenery.

Fantastic sea view from clean and comfortable room. Good parking for our classics car. Well placed for everywhere we wanted to go. Excellent breakfast and very warm welcoming hosts. We’ll definitely be going back.

Excellent location on the seafront within walking distance of the town centre.The cooked breakfast was excellent.Friendly hosts.

We would have wished to have the BBC1 and ITV1 channels to be tuned to the Welsh transmitters and not the NW England transmitters. The Welsh Fourth Channel (S4C) was also not available with was a great pity. S4C does provide English subtitles for all of their programmes so that visitors could have a window to Welsh culture.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very good, the bacon and sausages tasted good quality.

Stayed here before years ago, and was just as nice and clean and comfortable as then. The Same family ran hotel. Couldn’t be more accommodating. Delicious breakfast and we chose a different non sea view room this time and was just a nice without the view.

The hotel,,was lovely,spotlessly clean,the breakfast was excellent and plenty choices,the owners are so lovely,could fault anything,would different stay again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, only an eight minute stroll to the centre of Llandudno. Nothing was too much trouble for the very friendly, helpful hosts and the breakfasts were outstanding. We booked a seaview room and the view of the pier and the bay was marvellous. Another huge bonus of this hotel is the off street parking - which can be a nightmare in Llandudno.

Even though the weather was cool, the room tended to be a little hot.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and they helped out with a special requirement for breakfast, the room was a good size and the bathroom was clean and good size .

Excellent Breakfast ,good hosts,car park.

Steps and narrow steep stairs . No shelves in en-suite, and very small.

The room was comfortable,clean and had facilities to make own drinks if needed.
