The location and the sea view

The poor decoration; bathroom needs redecoration.

Friendly staff , warm comfy bed , clean room , great location.

Fantastic location with a lovely spacious room with a sea view. Clean and lovely staff. Will stay again.

Bed was comfy and clean room

The curtains were too light and let the light in from outside street lights. The curtains were also hanging off the rail. There was a sweaty sock under our bed as well.

We arrived to early to check in so sat in bar area with window view and ordered food. Very nice! When we did check in was given a room which was not what I booked so spoke to them,showing what I had booked this was promptly rectified.Our room was double,bay window, with two chairs ideal for my mum. The bed was extremely comfy, shower was very powerful.the room was clean and stocked up. (Perfect)Breakfast was excellent! Had choice of cereal,cooked breakfast.We did have the Sunday Carvery which was delicious.Hats off to the chiefs! Was lucky to get parking space over the road after 2 trips round block.which then stayed there till leaving.The staff are lovely,friendly and very helpful! They go above and beyond to help.

Wheelchair ramp would of been ideal,however for us personally we did manage mum was able to do few steps. I then brought chair up.

Nice all rounder - got all the basics right eg nice bed, good shower, TV worked and wi-fi OK.

Friendly staff, close proximity to pier, easy walking distance to main shops.

Meal times were a bit restrictive, had to ask for a fan as I found the room too warm - but this is just a personal opinion.

The staff were brilliant and the breakfast was spot on

Unfortunately they had a leak in the heavy downpour and had to turn off the water which was a minor inconvenience But it wasn't a problem

Great location. Really good value for money. Staff were friendly and reasonable. Not nosey at all which can happen in Hotels ! Had some trouble finding concierge at times bit still nothing to complain about.

It was all good. Seriously could not complain.

Good location, reasonable price, nice staff

TV was not receiving signal well and was a little wobbly!

Paul was very helpful when we were late by a whole day arriving. An issue we had with the radiator he resolved in minutes. The breakfast choices and variety was excellent and waiting staff were also were helpful.

Room could have been slightly larger but was fine for the trip we made.

Lovely single room and as a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The shower was amazing
