The location

The rooms where dirty not cleaned I had holes in the wall where the electric was for the kettle nothing got cleaned flies and dirt in window sills in entertainment lounge not a good hotel cleaners left there dirty things in corridor were hotel rooms where

Very tired in all areas

The staff were very welcoming and pleasant.We asked to change our room on arrival due to quite a few issues with it and the reception staff dealt with it quickly and professionally the only good point about the room was the WC which was very clean and looked newly refurbished.

The room we were given had a very unpleasant smell. The tiles on the ceiling were stained and the carpet had stains and the walls were full of Marks.

The staff were very helpful and friendly especially at breakfast which was amazing!The pool was great too.

Swimming pool and location are great. The bar was good with lovely lager and wine. The breakfast was good aswell and all the staff were really nice.

It was the best hotel we have been in

I found that people saving seats for people who were not there and some where putting bags on chairs to stop people from sitting there I paid my money like every one else

Could use some air conditioner Fan etc Gets hot in summer days The windows should have sound proofing as sea gull noise is very annoying ,particularly late and through early morning

The shower is very very slow, and there was sockets by the bedside in the family rooms , making it difficult to connect gadgets while’s on bed. There was no air conditioning in the western side of the rooms making the rooms very very warm almost impossible to sleep

The rooms are small but very clean .. food was excellent..we had breakfast and evening meal..staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was a bonus, changing rooms for male & female..also showers & lockers for your clothes..another plus is the hotel is on the front right across from the beach.Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel location. Great bar and breakfast.

Although it was the hottest day so far in the season (early May) the heating was on. I had a bad nights sleep due to the heat & limited opening windows.

Staff were extremely nice, location was fantastic. I didn't use the bar or restaurant, but I walked through when the singer was on and plenty of people were watching.

Sea view room lovely views . Staff excellent great service already booked again .Entertainment at night well managed hotel family friendly. 10 out of 10

The location and the fact lift to all floors, entertainment if wanted.

Fantastic location and room. Evening entertainment was great, excellent bar with really friendly staff who made us feel at home. Was a bonus that we managed to park at the hotel. Nice swimming pool. Lovely comfy bed.

The location was brilliant the hotel is clean, theres few bits of wear and tear eg stairs carpet but it doesnt effect your stay, had a laugh doing the bingo at night, theres was entertainment on all weekend and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and a good little time filler if the weather isnt great.

We had a three bed family room and it was just so hot all the time. We even slept with the window and curtains open but it was still too hot. Could do with new pillows in the room we had but apart from that we had a great stay

The hotel needs updating, I feel there should be someone in attendance at the swimming pool. No disabled access.

The night shift lady who I unfortunately have forgotten her name was amazing. She was vey patient, professional and helpful xx
